there are a few programs that do it. i think one is called PDFill.
or go to download.com and check the top DLed programs. i think i saw one there the other day.
or do a search for PDF Editor
or get a warezed copy of acrobat
or go to someones house/office that has acrobat, and just fill it out there?

Is 20 pound for the weight like 30 pounds if a guy lifts? No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

not the same guy i saw, but this guy did 32 miles across lake ontario, and then 100 miles on a circuit.
seems to me, the video i saw was newer than 89 though... i think his was a record for sweden or something?
there is a video out there somewhere, wish i could find it again, of some guy in sweden or norway or something, who took his snowmobile like 50 or 60 miles or something, all over water.
