Can someone give me a set in stone answer on this. I have a set of the vic jr heads for my 90 5.0 and didnt even pay any attention to the box when my friend sold them to me. Im assuming I have to change the valve springs but just trying to find out if I can run them the way they are

are you doing this to try and hold boost lower than 7psi? Because my old 5.0 iceman bought held steady at 7.7 but I guess if you are trying to go lower than that, the 44 makes sense.

damn thats impressive, I only cut a 1.96 last time out there. I wish I knew people were heading out there tonight, I would have gone for sure.
