Just like title says........These are the new tread design, and have ONLY 10 PASSES ON THEM. They are mounted on 98 Mustang GT wheels (97 cobra style/painted silver). Wheels go w/ tires, what you do w/ them is your choice. I have no need for them so don't ask to dismount them. As far as the baseboard........it really dosen't help hold it on at all. the tackstrip is what holds it when you stretch it up. it's preferred to have the base up but not a must. Just make sure when you reinstall the base you don't nail it up right on top of the carpet. So if you every replace the carpet you don't have to get into cutting the carpet along the base to get it up.
