  1. 4th in the extremely unlikely event it doesn't get sold.
  2. How much do you cost? I can't afford the Sig. GLWS BC.
  3. Link http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-_ShP0RCntow/Us0cIAYj82I/AAAAAAABo9g/JpsiBHu2Edg/s1600/1.jpg
  4. inb4claypromotescc&c But yeah, there's that as far as meatz go.
  5. Was finally able to order these. Been crazy these last few weeks. Probably going to install them myself. We'll see what happens when they come in. Baby is due soon so I don't know what my time will be like. Thanks again all for the great advice. EDIT: I can't find a high temp pink anywhere. Deciding between Chevy Orange and Plum Purple. Decisions, decisions...
  6. Thanks. We cut back grain with horses on the farm and it made a HUGE difference. I'll def be looking into this.
  7. Good to know. Since we're changing to organic maybe I should look into that for him. Thanks for the heads up.
  8. Good to know. Thanks. Makes me want to consider winters for the wife's DD more now (Kuhmo Ecsta's suck. Never again.), although the K10 sees most of the nasty weather short trips.
  9. The wife has decided with our first born on the way it's time to let the little guy go. It's not that we CAN'T have a small dog and child, but with our schedules as they are already there have been days here and there when he's been home alone for extended periods of time (free to roam, not caged) and we don't think dogs should be ignored. Having a child will only consume more of our time. He's ~9 years old and extremely well behaved. He knows the commands "sit", "go to bed", "do you need to go out?" (or "do you need to go potty?"), and is very loving. I trained him from when he was a puppy to the point that no matter what he is doing he will stop, sit, and look at me when I simply snap my fingers. When we do let him out we let him out loose and have no fence. He doesn't wander far to do his business and NEVER strays. He'll sit right on the porch waiting to be let back in. When I go for a walk or to take the trash out he literally circles me as I go. We only use a leash if we're walking along a road or a park where there are other people as he likes to meet new people and make new friends. He is great with calmer children but since his entire life has been spent with 2 adults he can get stressed around hyperactive children or large groups of hyper children. He's great with adults. Not that he could do any harm, but he has never bitten anyone or anything. He's not a guard dog. Hahaha. Other hyper dogs also stress him out, but not dogs in general. He was often around my brothers spaniel and never had an issue. He doesn't eat table scraps well. They tear up his stomach. The only time he has "accidents" indoors anywhere (he's with me in my office for the day now) is when he's stressed, left alone too long (much longer than your normal work day), or sick (also not often, "people" food seems to do the trick though). He occasionally has seizures. We were told to pick him up and hold him until they subside (don't know if this was the best advice or not, I'm not a trainer/expert) so I want that to be known up front. After holding him for a minute or two he'll run off and be playful as ever. He is champion bred (at least one champion in the last 5 generations in his bloodline) if that matters to you, but we have lost the papers. He's smart and loves attention. If interested let me know. We'll provide his bed, food and water dish, toys, and whatever food we have at the time (eats VERY little). If someone decides to take him and for whatever reason things don't work out I'll take him back. He's been a good dog and I don't want him or his owners to be stressed. He deserves a good home. This isn't a picture of him but is exactly what he looks like, except he's a little older so he's got some gray under the chin. http://go.liverfoundation.org/images/cvupload/26/220/cv_61_53528.jpg
  10. Not trolling here, genuine question: do winter tires improve stopping ability at all? For instance, when I'm in the 4x4 and see other vehicles fly by at freeway speeds (or speed limit in town) in harsh weather I think, "hitting your brakes on ice/slick pavement isn't biased. AWD/4x4 doesn't matter." Same applies with winter tires I would assume.
  11. Bet that was as cold as it was on the 3rd.
  12. Mussberger already was post game. These.
  13. http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=778&pictureid=6819 "No". I haven't ran the Mich's Doc is talking about, and never had a set before those on the truck. After getting them on the truck I'll look towards Mich's from here on out. Those things are far better (IMO) than the BFG's I always ran/swore by. If I were you I'd look into what Doc is talking about if srs.
  14. No worries. Going to order these at the recommendation of CR. Don't know if I'm making the right choice or not. Thanks all. I'll keep you all posted.
  15. Click on the color. Doesn't seem like it's available.
  16. Hmmm...makes sense. $13. I'll get it. Need to pop the hood and check...when it's not "white death/ice from antarctica we're all gonna die" weather.
  17. Summit is saying an alternator bracket is required with those headers. Can anyone elaborate for me?
  18. Thanks all. Looks like I'll go ahead and order these and get to painting them soon as they come in. Truly appreciate all of the knowledge and help. Currently the truck has headers, straight duals with glass packs, and a TON of rust. No cats. I'm going to try and get these headers, new pipes and some decent mufflers at the local shop. Maybe I'll order mufflers too. Don't know what I want though. Something quiet as possible. I might paint them purple or pink. Can I get grill paint or VHT in those colors? Seriously though...I might.
  19. Ah, crap. What all is involved in repainting them? Can I hit them quickly/easily or should I take it to someone that knows what they're doing? lol Really was hoping I could just slap these on and go. EDIT: Just read this about them as well: "they're made for off-road and racing use only."
  20. Thanks. I don't want to have to repaint them though. You think these are fine for a truck that's driven only in bad weather or when something needs hauled? I really like this idea. Thanks for the heads up on the gasket too.
