  1. Thanks. I'll look into it. Thanks for all the suggestions to the rest of you too. We have some serious shopping to do.
  2. Thanks all. Once the 995ts is sold I'll be checking these out. Time to go to OVO, Vances, and Gun Envy.
  3. Good for you. You found the site I used to crap on your crap thread. -1 internets.
  4. PM me Killjoy. Others interested in surefire so lets work something out.
  5. Good deal. I'll look into it a little mroe. Thanks.
  6. Also troof. Guy is good, but arrogant. Bet he's the same on the course. I always laugh each time he gives that "whatever I tell my body to do I can do" bullcrap. Tell it to fly and leap from a cliff. Let me know how that works out for ya. Hahaha.
  7. Thanks for the info guys. I'll have to get home after the gym tonight and look up prices.
  8. The size of the JA fit her well. Her problem was the spring. The drawback was tough as tits since it was a blowback (like HiPoint pistols). She has had carporal tunnel (sp) in her wrist and it's not easy to work with a cheaply designed weapon. She like the revolver, especially a 38 special w/o hammer she tried at OVO. I don't have anything to say either way about Bersa's since we haven't used them, but I'll definitely keep it in mind. How does your wife carry her 38? EDIT: Also, .380 is effin' expensive compared to my 9mm and bro's .22 (of course). I know 38 doesn't lend a hand to this but something in 9mm would be nice. In the end I really need to know shes comfortable with it and can use it if needed. I'd pay anything for her safety. Just eats at my pockets to take all of our arsenal shooting so if I can save on ammo it'll help. EDIT 2: Sorry, didn't see this before for some reason. I'll watch the vid at home. If you saw the .380 you wouldn't carry with a round in it either. Simple sprind design. Not the safest, and this is another reason I'm upgrading her. It's not a terrible gun, but I jsut don't feel comfortable with this particular one being carried with a chambered round. LCR's have been a possibility. Buddy just got one. I'm going to have her test his. Thanks for the info.
  9. Weird. A friend of mine was at the zoo sunday and has pics of the polar bears. Will post tonight.
  10. Great. Might get fired now. Thanks.
  11. Selling my carbine and her pistol so we can get her a good quality CCW. She's 5'1" and wears a size 4 1/2 ring. The JA .380 was too hard for her to rack. I'm looking for something simple to use, reliable, and simple to use. Did I say that? I need to know she can actually get a round off if she actually needs to. She's open to any caliber and any type, including revovler, as long as it works for her and feels right. We've looked at the ACP and a few others simliar to it. She's shot my brothers Walther P22 but wasn't too fond of it. Suggestions? Ideas?
  12. Sold! Lock it up. Will make a thread soon for the light.
  13. Gracias. And in all seriousness, someone in the porn industry that eats and lives like Jabba the Hut? I think I'd have to decline. Not going to judge you though.
  14. Hahahaha. I tried to +rep you just for using the word "kooka". Wouldn't let me...
  15. At work. Not safe. Text description?
  16. This. Haven't had any done in over 5-6 years though so I can only vouch from way on back experience. Heard nothing but good things about others listed here as well though.
  17. The whole truck is beat to aids and back. By "help" do you by chance mean "do most of the work while I watch, hand materials, buy you a happy meal, and try not to huff primer" b/c if so I'm game. Seriously though, I need to get rid of dents, get new bumpers that aren't rusted through, and just paint it black. Nothing fancy or expensive. It's a beat up ol' POS truck.
  18. Just tell her it was delicious and you couldn't resist...or it was nasty and you were trying to acquire a taste for it. That way it looks like you suffered for her. Enjoy.
