You also have the right to deny them identification. They have no legal reason to make a stop when you are doing nothing illegal. I'm sure Philly is different b/c OC isn't legal there unless you have a CHL. J/S
I've broken far too many fiberglass poles in my life. I'll stick to what I was asking for.
You can close this. I ended up just buying a new Kelty Eden 4 person 3.5 season tent.
I think this may be your best bet. I considered joining, but they require that you are a NRA member. Not that I hate the NRA, but most gun ranges advocate about your constitutional rights, but they are just trying to take them away politically. No thanks.
As far as public, I don't know any around central OH other than during competitions(BDSR does some competitions.) I believe there is a shooting club around circleville that does though.
I've read that Delaware is back open, although muddy. I've also heard that Deer Creek is closed indefinitely b/c the water washed out the berm. So it's closed until they repair the berm.
Yeah I have so many 7 ft ladders laying around my bedroom that I trip on them about 5 times a day.
You don't know me or what I do, don't even try to paint me with some broad brush.
I'm right there with you. My son is 4 and absolutely loves guns, although he's been this way since he could talk. I let him hold them and look at them whenever he likes to. He helps me clean them, take them apart, etc. He knows to ask and he knows they are not toys. I really feel my son is a lot more mature and intelligent for his age. He has an airsoft pistol and targets for it, we haven't had a problem yet. He's gotten to the point where he doesn't point his toy guns at people and even yells at his uncles for pointing them at people. lol All my guns at much higher than he can reach.
I agree. There are a lot of helpful forums out there to prepare for things like this. Two that I frequent are survivalistboards.com or zombiehunters.org, both have a lot of good information out there. Also if you have the outdoors channel or sportsman channel there are a couple good shows on there on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Not all tents are created equal. Walmart doesn't sell quality tents. I was just hoping someone has a nice tent that they don't use anymore or bought on a whim. I'm talking like $150-300 MSRP 3/4 person tent.
He's wrong.
If they tell you to leave and you don't, then it's criminal trespassing. They can't LEGALLY just charge you with criminal trespassing if they aren't posted legally. The ORC says the sign must be posted in an conspicous manner. Meaning it has to be easy to see and read when you are going through the front door of a business. It cannot be posted at the service desk, a piece of paper on the side of the wall, corporate rule book, etc. If it's not posted on the front door of the business then I go in it. It's not my job to search down the sign on a wall or read the rule book of the mall.
English?
My course of action would be ; get weapon, grab my son, tell him to hide in my room, call 911, tell the intruder I'm armed. If he doesn't leave, then stay prepared. I'm not going to walk around letting him get the drop on me.
I'm looking for something in good condition, not used excessively, something from a good quality company, and looking to spend $70-150. Must have a full rain fly and would perfer it to have a vestibule as well.
I thought I'd try here to see if anyone has anything sitting in their garages unused before I buy online.
I'd also be interested in other camping gear, let me know what you have.
It still has to go through the senate, but they've already passed a similar bill. There will still be quite a bit of time until it becomes a law unless they fast track it before the summer recess.
Exactly. It's the same way at Tuttle Mall. They are posted at the food court entrance, but not any other entrance. You can go in through Macy's and everything is fine and dandy unless they see it an ask you to leave. I don't really like going places that are trying to make it easy for criminals though.
I'm all for open carry rights. I don't really exercise it myself very often, unless out in the woods or on my way there.
Not anymore. They changed the system that every $100 you get .10 off up to $1.00 off 1 fill up. Really pissed me off b/c I normally got .50 off 4 fillups every month.
I love the FJ's look. I just hate driving them. They are annoying to see out of and drive with all the blind spots those small windows make. I'd love to get one if I could afford it though.
