Mine was a Westinghouse, which if you look at the reviews are pretty quality. I've yet to have a problem except my dogs ate the remote for it, but I have digital cable so it doesn't really matter much. I'm mistaken as well it was two years ago, so in two years it's been running strong everyday.

If you are trying to get anything at Best Buy you need to go the night before. Last year I went at 10PM and there were 40 people in front of me. That's if you want the doorbusters. I got the last ticket for a 37 in LCD HDTV 1080p for $499. I go pretty much every year. It's fun to me. Go for anything that has a limit under the ad first. Usually they say like 100 per store or something.

Congratulations. It's the best feeling in the world to be a daddy. You can see them grow and learn right in front of you it's amazing. Time will go by so much faster now, by the time you notice your kid will be 1 1/2 years old. Tell people to buy you stuff for later down the road, b/c most people will only by things for newborns and then you have multiple outfits that the kid hasn't even worn by the time they've outgrown it. I'd probably have some pretty nice stuff that I'd let go for a lot cheaper than what I paid for it new(crib, matching changing table, entire crib set w/ matching curtains). I think it's about time that my son got his first toddler bed anyhow. I also have a lot of 3-12 month clothing for a boy.

I love the Florentine. My mom used to go there every Friday night. It's not really the dressed up ritzy kind of place, but their food is great and you won't spend much more than you would going to somewhere like Longhorn or O' Charley's. Spend the rest of the money on something other than food you're just going to eat and have nothing to show for it. Buy her something nice.

Yeah that does get old after a while, but I married the girl so I can't really complain too much. It gives you a sense of accomplishment, like you know she got hers so you don't feel bad when you know you could get yours a lot quicker.
