you also have it drawn so that if fan one fails on low neither fan will run not something I would care about on a kia, but I'd be concerned about no fail safe on a perf application, unless it automatically puts the other fan on hi speed if the other fails?

I dunno I have ford contour fans and when I wired them the way you have drawn up it wasted relays like crazy went to seperate relays for high and low = no more problems

the fan motor will fail if you try to run it on six volts for long

it can save you literally 1000's of hours of time

if you have two fans and two speeds per fan you need 4 relays

pull the coil wire off the cap and ground it to the block while someone cranks the motor and see if you have spark there if I'm guessing you don't after you verify no fire from the coil check the power feed and the trigger wire if you have power and signal the coil is hoed if you are missing power and or signal at the coil get back to me

I had tinman weld my upper intake when I dropped it and broke a corner off that looks a little more involved but as long as its flat and sqaure when its done I don't see why it couldn't be repaired
