I have a 94, but I think the bolt pattern is the same to 05 or so
its basically a blazer or a jimmy locked in 4wd high you can even pop off the little tab on the dash thats says awd and replace it with the 4wd selector switch from a blazer and use the low range in the transfer case oil cooler lines balljoints and hub bearings need replaced all the time but other than that fairly reliable
thermostat is stuck open 97% of the time when you have that problem you have no heat at idle becuase the water pump doesn't move the water as fast as it does when the car is moving
you don't have to remove the whole mount on the 3800 either just the bottom bolt and the spacer
do a starter on an older caddy its under the intake manifold
