does your basement have floor drains? try putting some water in them and see if the smell goes away sometimes the traps dry out and allow sewer gas to flow back into the house....

What is the lawn doing??? Is growing at a different rate or is it discolored? If it is growing at a different rate then more than likely there is an unbalance of Ph or moisture. So aerating and fertilizing will fit it. But, if it has patches of yellowish brown dead spots it could be a little more complicated in fixing. Well if it is not caused by dog pee or poo. If it is discolored and there is no dog, then you have grubs. You can go to Lowes and get grub killer and you put in down just like normal lawn weed and feed. The only difference is that you have to do it now. Grubs are the larvae form of June bugs and they only feed twice a year April-May and again in late August-September. If you don't get the grub killer in the ground during this time then you just threw your money away and still have a brown patchy lawn. Meg

actually doing the 5.0 isn't reall that bad either you need access to a welder to put the frame pads in and a complete efi harness from a mustang everything else is controlled by the ranger body harness wich isn't integrated like some later fords a manual brake manual steer ranger is the best for 5.0 conversion, you can keep all of your accesories but its a lot more work

2.3 is more straight forward you have some extra repinning of the harness to do with a mass air harness but its not super hard I just did a s/d mustang to turbo took a weekend

depending on how old your furnace is you may need to turn the blower speed up for summer...... if its not adjustable try a couple of things partial close your lower vents (cold falls so pump most of it upstairs first) also if the furnace is old enough to have a pilot light turn off the gas at the furnace so the inlet air is not being heated... hth
