so i read that Kanye is now on suicide watch and the press needs to cut back the coverage of what happened. I won't comment on any realtors but I am a real estate appraiser assistant and have been for the past year and am working to get my own license, and I have to say the market is definately picking up. We used to do 1-3 purchases a month and now its 2-4 a week.
