Does anyone know the location to the under-dash connection point for the CD changer wiring harness (CD changer is trunk mounted -if it had one)? This car was not factory equipped with the CD changer. I bought GM harness 12344003 so I may connect my Ipod junk to that harness; however, I have no clue where the other end connects under the dash...

Power to relays, but no power to fuses....

Problem ended up being the engine-to-frame ground wire.... f*cking cars!

2001 Olds Aurora V8 My low beam headlights wont come on. I can hear the relay clicking under the hood when I turn the switch. Fuses are fine, and yes the bulbs are fine. I have power to the relays but no power to the fuses...

Yes. I also tried swapping batteries from my Vette. Still no. Today I purchased the passkey theft module, lock cylinder, and new key. When I do the re-learn, I will know if that works...or not.

LOL! I am alive. I have not tried jumping the relays; however, now when I reset the codes I only get the crank and camshaft sensor errors. The information center on dash reads the "theft" error. I am not getting the P0601 code currently. ...and yes, this Olds is a POS.

...2001 Olds Aurora with V8 Key in ignition. Wont start. Leave key in ignition, get the following: Can see CEL go dim, relays start clicking, get theft deterent system fault. Can hear starter clicking for a few clicks, then nothing. Codes: P0601 Internal Control Module memory check sum error P0335 Crankshaft Position sensor A circuit P0340 Camshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Bank 1 or single sensor P0385 Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit These codes keep reccuring after I reset them. Help!

...anyone know who will be airing it? I have Sunday Ticket and the Sports Pack. Game is going to be on Fox Sports Pitt. However, the game is blacked out to anyone not in Pittsburgh. BW3s and most bars will not have the game on. Only way is to be a bar that got permission directly through the Steelers because they have some sort of fan club. I know there is a place in Pickerington, but I forget the name. If anyone has the info, please help. GO STEELERS!

My Dad passed away in April of cancer. He was in process of doing a complete frame off restoration of his 1956 Tbird. Car is being done by a restoration shop. It is almost done. Dad obviously will never have got to drive it. So, my brother and I are taking control of the build and going to have it finished so our Mom can drive it. It has taken 10 years so far on the rebuild as the cost is over $100K. He was having a little done at a time due to cost and his health issues This is going to be close to a 100 point car. He added A/C, and an alternator. Which may bring point value down. Our dilema. This is a 312 cid motor with 4 speed manual. Mom is 60 years old and does not want to learn to drive a stick. I dont know where to look to obtain the auto conversion parts. I know I will need the torque converter, flex plate, trans (which is a Fordomatic), linkages, ring and pinion (gear is a 331 for a 4 speed manual, need lower gear set for the 3 speed auto), all shifter stuff, trans lines, etc. If anyone could lead me in the right direction as to locating these items, please let me know.

Ok, I am posting. I don't know Brandon. Never met him. This is ridiculous that an 18 year will have HIS life taken away from him as a result of another mans doings. I knew George very well. I will stand firm on my own synopsis of the happenings. It was 1am, George and family were drinking. He loved his car, he wanted to race. I will put everything I have into believing George, or someone else on here (not name dropping) set up this race. Not Brandon. I am sure Brandon was minding his own business elsewhere as his phone was being exploded with messages to race. As they are out, they decide conditions are too dangerous. They get on freeway. (George LOVED to show off. I had seen it 1000x times first hand, just as he and I would merely leave work. He would CONSTANTLY try to get me to race.- I don't race, so all you damn ricers, STOP trying me, or I will force you to stop and I will beat your God damn ass). Back on track, they get on freeway. George was drunk. He is DYING to get some sort of speed thrill. George takes off on his own free will. He pulls to 4th gear, and rear tires break loose. The rest is just plain sad. Now, there is plenty more to this. But, I refuse to get into that on a public forum. Conclusion, this is flat wrong that this 18 year will lose his free will because George made the decision doing what George does. This was Georges fault. He would have done that, regardless of where/who he was with. Putting Brandon to blame, is result of cowardly politician falling subject to pressure of innocent people. I call BULLSHIT!
