actully your breaking the law agian, in the state of ohio if you change your home address and do not inform the BMV in 30 days you can actully be cited for this. as for the tailgating thing ehh you can bring that up but its not a legal defense to why you were breaking the law.

i had my volvo 2001 s40 SE ("sport version from euope" or something like that")... for over two years , i replaced the turbo with a 14T, full exhaust, ecu tune to euro spec 14t upgrade, and for shits put on a intake which really wasnt needed but made the recurcultive boost valve sound really nice.. wish i had the car still.. i would estimate around 230 whp.. and it would scoot and still AVG 29 mpg city/highway... it was in the shop twice... once for brake's and rotors and one for the turbo/ecu upgrade.. other then that i had it for 60K (48K-108K) and never had a problem... and i beat the hell out of it alot and it just kept on going... im in the market now for a s60r as soon as the denali is paid for... You get alot of shit driving a volvo really its a great car for the money.

ps if its a "fix it ticket" there are some agency that willl require you to come back to the dept. and show them you have fixed the violation to not incur them issuing you a citation. but only if that what the officer instructed you to do.. i know the State Patrol will usulally do that sometime

written warnnings are exactly that a warning.. dosent go to any state agency to be reported or anywhere your insurence company can see it... just dont get pulled over by the same officer in a short time fram... all dept. do differnt things with their written warnings.. i typically file then in the nearest trash can after a shift..

yea 50K sounds like a lot but i guess when you drive to Chicago 2 -3 times a week for work those miles add up real quick... im going towmrow to see what payments ill have then probaly pick it up..

2006 Acura TL, 5spd auto... 50K.. driven 90% highway miles... what should i look for? never thought id actully look at an acura but damn its a pretty nice car at a cant pass up price and with the 100K warranty... anyone have any experience with them?

if you were driving the camaro in your sig.. no front place.. be ready to be f"d with... i do it when im bored and get a good hit on the tag or hunting for drunks late at night.. but not for the missing front plate itself... i find it kinda bull to just pull over for that certain reason
