I have a question for ya Ben. What did you use the bike for being it's a single speed?
Phase 1 and 2 at Alum Creek and just messing around in my neighborhood.

Maybe you could put a small metal rod in there and try to get the magnet to stick to it instead of the piston or cylinder wall.

Portal is one of the best games I've ever played. Maybe its free now to get people to buy portal 2 when it comes out.

If you are in Worthington theres a little shed by the rec center that you can put it in.

1996 Ford Ranger xlt, short bed, auto, 2wd, 4 cyl, 140k miles, bed liner, tonneau cover. Its been really reliable, never broke down the 6 years I've owned it. Just drove it 1k miles straight with no problems. Interior is pretty clean. I have all the receipts for stuff I've done to it. I need the truck till 5/26.
$2000
The bad:
Wipers sometimes don't work on a delay speed but have always worked on the 2 fastest speeds so I never bothered to look into fixing it.
The seat belt spring thingy where it clips in is broken so I just push it up with a nail so it will lock in.
It has a salvage title. It was hit and run last September on the rear passenger side. I put a new bed on it.
The hit and run.

waveraider 700. I usually take it to alum once in the spring and before I winterize it in the fall, otherwise its on sandusky bay. Its pretty fast for its age. I love "racing" cars along the bridge.

does anyone know what those trucks were originally designed to do, military, logging, shipping shit to remote locations, or just be badass?
-
I dont think the car in the pic is it because its not a v8 (how the hell do you put a v8 in a honda anyway without a ton of modifications) and it has rims not "special hubcaps" whatever those are.

in gear it revs to 5k
I decided to replace the fuel filter since it had probably had never been done and there was a small chance it was causing the problem. It didn't change anything and now at idle it bounces back and forth between 800-1000 before it settles down. ffffffuuuuuuuuu
I guess Im just gonna take it to gearheadz. fucking bought this thing to take on a 5k mile roadtrip since it gets 40mpg and now I'm spending as much fixing problems I didn't know it had as I would have spent in gas just driving my truck. This sucks.
-
lol so maybe it only does rev to 4.5k
from wiki: Power : 70 hp (52.2 kW, 71.0 ps) @ 4500 rpm
wouldn't max power be fairly close to the top rpm
edit: after searching google it looks like the redline should be 5500 or 6500.

My friend had a late 90s jetta. It was extremely slow but it got like 45mpg, didn't help that it was an automatic.
-
Is your vtec fluid reservoir empty ?
no vtecs in this car
-
Power delivery is normal up to the newly lowered rev limit?
I don't know what the normal power is since I just got this car but it seems alright. I guess Ill rev the shit out of stuff I'm gonna buy in the future.
-
The car looks sweet but I hate those wheels.
-
- plugged cat - check by removing the o2 sensor to check for an improvement in revability
- timing belt slipped
so is this a good thing to try?
How would I know if the timing belt had slipped? It runs fine up till ~4.5k in neutral, seems like it went a little higher in gear.
Heres a video. It really sounds like shit above 3k.
