Last few vehicles I’ve sold without buying anything have been to Carmax. As long as it’s a newer car in good condition with reasonable mileage I’ve found them to be very competitive.

Come with the wheels? Price?
No wheels, forgot the price, updated first post. Thanks.

I don’t think it’s worth going crazy over if you have a good rate. But I switched to a 15 year a few years back and have always rounded up to the next hundred on my payment so both those help quite a bit.

I see this all the time in my work, and not just on GM parts, makes me shake my head constantly. But speaking of GM parts specifically, I recently bought a Dorman part at O’Reilly’s locally for less than I found find online, which was both odd and awesome at the same time.

Looking good, let us know how it goes.

Congrats Tim, those sure are sexy!

I’m totally down for every except no cruise control, that’s a deal breaker for me. I’m on the road 8 hours a day in my company car and I use cruise on nearly every street/road.

that is freaking cool. Where would you get parts for it like brake pads or something for it? Hell even the oil filter for it, it's not like you can walk into an autozone and be like hey, I need x filter for it.
Whatever vehicle the build is based off of, like how a factory five cobra kit car was based off the foxbody drivetrain.

So tempting.

CarMax buys any car. You don't need to be purchasing a car from them in order for them to purchase yours.
No they don’t.
-
This should work to your advantage. CarMax won't offer jack for it I bet.
Agreed, I actually don't think Carmax will even make an offer due to the age of it. Pretty sure they don't buy anything older than 10 years old.

Are you looking for regular cab, extended cab or full crew cab? 2 or 4wd?
-
-
^ This. Bought my crew cab fx4 new for 31,xxx. This is my 2nd new one and no complaints. Could probably get a regular or extended cab under 30k. I have a full cap on mine just because I prefer all the dry secure storage but tonneau covers are cheap enough.

Wheels sold, lower prices on rest but can’t edit the post.
