    Based on your post I'm going to assume your judgment is clouded by past activities. If you read the thread you will notice people stopped blaming the vic. What we are saying is the driver is stupid for putting his car in front of oncoming traffic. The fact that the other party was involved in illegal activity negates who is at fault so stop bringing it up.. thats not up for debate. Pay close attention and you might notice that the person on this forum that is most against street racing is actually in this thread. As a matter of fact he just typed as a matter of fact....

     

    In real life people speed and do all kinds of things they are not suppose to. This is one of the reasons you are required to have working eyes before you get a drivers license. Putting your car in front of other moving vehicles is bad for your health.

    and they werent racing. thier intentions to race were there and they would have done it as the next light. but that video was not of a race.....

    he floored it first gear shifted to second and let out half way thru 2nd? 98 a4, prob has 323 gears would put him at maybe 75mph and slowing down. he let off well before the car failed to yield on a left turn.... how was that a street race? that was two kids being stupid. he was simply driving too fast and the crown vic failed to yield.

     

    anyone know where that was? I can't believe they did time for that.....

    not tryin to be a douche, but was the bottom actually stripped or was it cleaned up and then painted. My understanding is POR15 is specifically designed to go over rust, not clean bare metal.

     

    just to follow up on this. it was stripped. cleaned by hand with a wire brush then painted....

    I will check for sure but I think it was just cleaned up.

    Is the spray kit still on the car? How does it run compaired to your TA?

     

    spray will not go with car. the motor has only been down the track one time in this car and the tranny went out. but the same motor in a different car would run right with my bolt on ta.

    1981 Camaro - vin 1G1AP87K0BL161481

    Exterior – New Paint but not perfect. The right fender has a small dent on the bottom. Undercarriage is 100% rust free, it was stripped and repainted with POR15. All new headlights and marker lights. New wheels, ION 625 16” with brand new Nittos on the front and BFG Drag radials on the rear.

    Interior – Cracked dash pad. Needs shifter boot and armrest. New carpet, floor mats, and headliner. Console and seats in perfect condition. No wipers or heat.

    Engine – 357 10.5:1 compression. Brodix Trax 1 aluminum heads. 2.08/1.60 valves. Compcams 530/306 cam. Harland 1.6 roler rockers. Comp magnum push rods. Hyperuetectic Pistons, stock rods, steel crank. Victor Jr Intake, Holly 750 with HP center section. Holley Blue fuel pump. Jegs aluminum radiator, March pulleys. Cloyers double roller timing set. Hedman headers, 3in exhaust with dynomax bullets, msd 6AL box with msd. Pro billet distributor.

    Transmission – 350 Turbo with shift kit 2700-300 stall and B&M megashifter.

    Rearend – stock 10 bolts with 342 gear and Richmond mini spool.
