Fight the ticket. let your insurance company make their liab dec and find out if he has insurance. then go from there. if he has insurance you might want to consider lawyer if they are not willing to work with you. but remember, an atty will take a third. that equals less money you will get. good luck!

1. I would fight the ticket. It shows you don't feel your at fault. 2. Let your Insurance company handle things. they will side with you and go after him for your damages, regardless of what he says happened. his dl will get suspended for no insurance. 3. don't get a lawyer, I think it would be a waste of money in this situation. if he sues you your insurance comp will rep you. sounds like he dosen't have anything to give if you sue him. were you injured?

who care who biulds the car. its how it performs. I wasn't impress that it didn't run better with that much power. I think thats what josh was stating as well.

jackson was rusty, he WILL get the belt back. plus hes a great talker shogun, yes really. great all around fighter. the rest I agree with ufc has evolved into complete MMA. its not just stand up and get knocked out. yeah chuck actually looked really good the whole round. he just dosen't have the chin anymore. that punch should not have ko'd him. and this isn't the decline of the ufc. shogun, lesner, franklin, silvia, machida, evans, jaskon, ect are all still great draws. I think franklin is getting better and better at 205.
