    Cleaning out the garage..

I have two (sorry only have the two) 04-06 GTO Chrome Factory 17" wheels for sale. The are in decent shape and include tires that will need replaced and nice center caps. I got these last year and planned on using them but were not nice enough for my 7000 mile car, so I was going to use them for winter storage, but have since sold the car. Wheels would be fine on a daily driver but are not any where near show condition.

Must be picked up and I am located in Gahanna. Make an offer, but looking for $150 for the pair. Here is a link to more pics:

PM or email me if you are interested.

    Thanks,

  2. The website has the 16GB Toshiba Thrive on Sale today for $199 which is a REALLY good deal. Its a refurb, but for that price, I would take the gamble for sure. Again, this tablet has full size ports (HDMI, SD Card) and also has a removable battery which as far as I know is the only tablet to have such. It might be a little higher than your budget, but it is an excellent tablet. I wont get into the iOS vs Android debate, but I have one of these and all three of my kids have iPad2's and all of them, at least once, have tried to get me to trade tablets. Maybe with the sale today I will take one of them up on it and sell their iPad and get the wife and I BOTH one of these... ;-)

They also just released ICS (Ice Cream Sandwich) for these so it should be coming down the pike real soon (or get today if you decide to root) so you get all the features of that with the addition of using Chrome!!!

  3. Only tablet I know of that has a full size SD card slot and a regular HDMI port is the Toshiba Thrive. I have one and it is a nice tablet. My only complaint is no ICS yet..although it is supposed to arrive by the end of the year. Pretty sure you are looking at around $250ish for one though.
  4. Like the title says..looking to pick up a Galaxy Nexus for Verizon networks this weekend. Dont want to purchase from Verizon and/or modify my contract. Lots of them on craigslist, but people cant seem to return messages. Prices seem to be between 250 and 300 and I can get online for $329 so looking at spending under $300.

PM me if anyone has one that they want to get rid of now and are willing to meet at a Verizon store to make sure ESN is good.

    Thanks

  6. Bought this a couple of years ago off of craigslist and my kids played with it for about a month. It has digital scoring, but its never worked nor have I looked into why not. Other than that, it works good and is pretty fun to play. I'll take $30. I am located in Gahanna and must be picked up.

PM or Email me if interested.

  7. Bought it new several years ago, really have not used it in a couple of years, but ran it today and it ran real good. Used this a lot one year for an engine swap and it worked great. Just could use the space more than the compressor. 919.167311 is the part number that is on it. Its NOT 220v so it will work in a regular wall outlet.

Here are some pics. First $200 takes it. Located in Gahanna and you must pick it up.

  8. They have trouble fitting a wide tire in the rear from what I remember, and not a lot of wheel options. I think the stock 17" came with 225 rubber and the 18" went down to something dumb like 215 or something. A joke for a 400hp car.

They had strut issues in the front, rubbed against the tires i think.

Thats all I can remember from a few years ago.

Stock 17" tire size is 245/45/17 and Stock 18" is 235/40/18

Cars are a total blast...they do everything REALLY nice...excellent ride, super comfortable, great power, good gas mileage...

Some people are a little misinformed with value..these cars are REALLY holding their value now. The values of these cars has really turned around in the last year..04's are the best value but (like that is really a "but") have LS1's, 05-06's have the LS2's and seem to hold their value better, but a nice low or lower mileage car will always bring top dollar.

I bought an 05 in 06 and had to sell it due to a witch of an Ex and just got a 7K mile 06 about 6 months ago and absolutely love it. Heck, I am hoping in the next year or so to find the wife a Cosmos Purple 04 so she will let me drive mine :-)

  9. He tried calling last night and they offered to do it on any phone but the iPhone or a 4G phone....so it was ok for any 3G phone. He tells me they tried everything and they wouldnt do it. I figured it depended on who you got as I upgraded to my Thunderbolt at least 3 months early and got that phone the day it came out. Just seems if they really wanted to keep the business they wouldnt blink at a month early...
  10. I absolutely love my 06. I have had tons of Camaro's and other late model cars and it is one of the most comfortable cars I have driven. Performance numbers for the car when new were 0-60 in 4.6 to 4.8 seconds and I can tell you that they can hang with a new SS Camaro pretty easily. Its a fun car for sure!!

Not sure what people are talking about with money, stay away from the 04's if you are worred about money but the 05-06 in nice shape not beat on are still pulling in upwards of 18-19K..A year or so ago they were dropping in price a little, but prices are coming back up and most likely for the nice lower mileage cars will at least stay steady for a while before htey begin to climb...

Styling will always be objective, but I personally really like the looks and get compliments all the time when I have it out (although not very much as it only has 7K miles).

The red one you are talking about looks pretty modified. You would just have to drive it and see if it has been "beat" on. I would decide on a color combination you want and hold out for that. While they really didnt make very many of them, a little research will turn up what you want. I would hold out for a nice stock example as it is more likely to be less beat on and modify as you see fit. Looks like Maxton also has a yellow one (its on ebay). I would say around 16K would be a decent price for that with the miles..

  11. My father in law is looking for some Cragar S/S rims for his 89 Mercury Grand Marquis. His factory wheels are pitted and leaking so he would like to pick up some nice chrome 15 inch rims. Obviously like everyone else, he is looking to spend as little as possible but I know he doesnt want to spend more than $300 for a set. I believe the lug pattern is 5 X 4.5

He might consider other chrome wheels but is really fond of the Cragar S/S wheels..

PM me if anyone has anything nice for the right price..

    Thanks

    Tom

  12. Indy, he bought the one I wanted lol. It's cool they got a black one I am going to test drive tonight.

OP, I am looking at a 2010, never titled, 2SS with the RS package for right around 30K. Not trying to $hit on your thread :).

Look over the car REAL good. He has had his back 4 times so far for little crap wrong with it when they "detailed" it. So far they have swapped the radio cause they scratched the crap out of it somehow when they cleaned it, along with the dash lense. He had to get some scratches taken out of a rim and it appeared the frickin people spray painted it to try and hide it....not real smart on a car with polished rims!!! He had it back last night cause they swapped his rim with another and this AM when he got it to work we went out and noticed a inch long scratch that you could feel with your nail in the rim. This will be his 5th trip out there....just look it over REAL good before you take it...

    Awesome car though....

  13. TTT. BUY ME!

Do you guys think I have it priced wrong or the market is weak or...

I havent had a single call on it yet. Just curious and could use an honest opinion.

Ya, My Buddy just picked up a brand new 2SS at Coughlin for 29K about a month ago....

    Seems priced way too high...
