    lol. i NEVER sale something i dont make money on i can assure you of that. i paid 9k for my stang, put a little over 3500 into it, sold it for 10k plus a 99 stang that is currently selling for 4500 and i should get at least 5500 on it. so i had a bad ass car, drove it a alittle, made 2k on it not counting the stock tranny and flowmaster i got with the car that i sold for 450$. thats why i do what i do. lol

     

    also, about an a-4 and happy thing, my wife really likes an a-4 and sometimes when you get a little older you learn to do things for others and not just yourself.

     

     

    I know what you mean I consider myself luck my girl drives an 01 SS M-6!!!

    not sure i'll keep it.does have high miles but i only paid 4700.06$ for the car so i think i got a pretty good deal. runs GREAT and not a scratch on the car at all. interior is also spotless. only had one owner. have for a rebuild, i have pistons on order and will be thinking about the rods/crank. and gettin prices on heads from ips. unless someone has some GOOD heads forsale now.

     

     

    If your not gonna keep these cars why you dumping all this money into 'em not even driving them and then just selling them? Not my money do what you want just curious? Also you need to ask yourself...are you going to be happy with an A4 car?

    Now a few people have said go turbo... All the kits I find are around 6g's for a twin turbo set up.... now what would I have to do to the engine to handle this or what PSI would I be running to get me to lets say 400-425whp

     

     

    Your block "should" handle 425-450rwhp with a good tune......Cams full exhaust and a Procharger would get you that with 10psi and with 4:10's and some Drag radials it would be a fun car. The key to an engine not blowing up is good tune,plugs and gas!!!

    ya, 28 is close to stock if im not mistaken which i could be. i am not rich, i just know what im doing with nitrous thats all. i dont have money laying around for a shortblock either. but just saying i've done it, didn't hurt anything.... and he wanted to go fast, so thats why he go the f body... not the stang :p haha, just playing, im not ignorant i know stangs can be fast too.

     

    LOL.....yeah ask the bolt on LS-1's how they do against my stang? lol

    why in the hell are u even pulling timming for a 100 shot? i ran 150 on mine, never ran lean once, never detonated, and never pulled timming. but then again thats why i love NX, and please tell me its not a dry kit....anyways, dont mean to sound like an a hole or a know it all but just curious, i dont know what all u have done, but if ur a stock bottom end car and stock cube motor, u will not have to pull timming.

     

     

    Its a wet kit....You can run 100 shot on stock timing but he is running 28'degrees of timing...not sure what stock timing is on an LS-1? I would never run a 150 shot on stcok timing but thats just me cuz I dont have cash laying around for a shortblock. I think they say 2 degrees per 50 shot but thats on the safe side. Eric you should have just bought a mustang (flip chip) so you dont have to deal with this crap. lol.

    My car is 150 pounds lighter than the last time we raced and with the new ported intake/TB setup the car should make atleast 20 more rwhp.

     

     

    A 150lbs. is a lot of weight...I mean shit it was light before. What else have you taken off....everything except for an aluminum bucket that you use for your seat? lol......seriously man there is a point when safety should come into check? If you hit a mailbox your car is going to crumble!! lol.....Did you do Welds? Well now that you explained your car it might be a real close race but like 99TA said only one way to find out and yes it will be fun!!!

    Who has already beat me? I lost to two cars in the last two year.

     

    The last thread was about you N/A....and if thats the case I was untill the input shaft snapped. But now all of the sudden this year your car is supposed to be the same setup and you say your going to walk me...for $$$$....kinda weird. lol. Once again this is you N/A and me Spraying.

    Sam...someone you talk to I also talk to.....but its a little obvious when you guys get on here saying and betting that Linn will walk all these people...including some that have already beat him when his car is supposed to be the same? O well I will let you guys have fun with it. But its gonna be obvious after his first race, so make that a good one.
