Sounds right to me I sold my house for 100k and I net to seller around 89,900 thats with the basic 6% commish and transfer title fees and getting the taxes current for new owner. So I can see 17k for a house that is 130-150 and if you are paying any closing costs for the buyer. Thats what really sucks for those who bought a house with 0-3% and try to move in less than 4-5 years and did not buy the house for a real good price Market sucks

House is on a slab. Thats why i made flooring above the garage for storage and then they is storage under stairs in the utility closet and also in the walk in closet there is a large storage area behind that. Schools would be galloway ridge elementary which is a nice looking school and then I dont know for high school, probably westland but dont know. Its a nice house with a finished garage in a crime free nighborhood (I would know) for the same price as a small ass apartment rent..except you own it. Every house back here has just a framed garage with one light bulb and one outlet...no storage in the rafters.... Comps are still going high in this neighborhood and if you drive the neighborhood, hands down this is the best and largest lot by far.
