ok right now once the jeep is at operating temp it runs at 210 which from what I have seen is the norm for the 4.0 but it bugs me. Would like to find a 180 t-stat but the lowest I have found is a 195 from Staut. Was wondering if any knew of were I could pick up a 180 or 185 t-stat at? I have searched the web with no real luck.

Well they don't make any aftermarket intake mainfolds that I have seen. Secondly the stock exhaust is a 3-2-1 manifold from the factory which does pretty damn well compared to the $600 dollar after market options. as for the TB that the should have gone to at least a 60mm.

I would say take it to A Gear Higher but they Shut down the owner now does a one site repair service. will come to you and give you a estimate depending on what needs done will take it back to his home shop and bring it back to you. If you want his info let me know I can look it up.
