Go back to sprint to see if they can print of any docs showing it was stolen. That way you can show the guy so and try to ask for the moeny back. If he turns into a ass you could try small claims court. Not sure really of what else you can do. In the future I would ask to have them meet you at the the providors store that way you can make sure everything is legit.

no they pulled the part and showed me where it failed. Ignitor element had failed. part was $220 plus the $100 service call. funny thing is I found the part the next day for halfthe price shiped nextday air. If it were just Autumn and me I would have done that but wiht the boys and temp outside temp in 20s that wasn't a option.
