Pressure yes incentives no.the only incetive they would get is they get called into court which is a automatic 4 hrs OT for showing up but they only get the OT if they are off duty if they have to appear in court during thier on duty time they get nothing for it.

When i was at simpson working part time they were extermly flexable. As long as I did 20 hrs a week they were happy. Not sure if they are hiring right now but its worth a shot.

Just some more info for you guys if you try to question the calibration of the laser gun you will be shoot down they get calibrated at the begining of every shift. Did the officer in question do that who nows but will be his answer if asked in court. secondly Eric CPD doesn't have quotas.

Hell I speed as well and try to keep it no more than 10 over. Last ticket I got was 82 in a 65 but in my defence I was rushing to the hospital when Emerson was rushed in for emergency surgury. Other than that its not that I was trying to speed, was just not paying attention to how fast I was going. (I get one of these about every 2 to 3 years).

I'm the same way, there are moments that I want to scream but its different when its you child thats crying. As for the mess I hate it shit out everywhere as well and right now its not a problems as they get older they will have to learn to clean and I'll have to lear n to give in alittle to the mess. thats the next thing on the to do list.
