yeah scaring i know
but in hte last month I have gone on a diet and lost 20 lbs was at 220 now floating at 200 an feel great. The best part is its been very easy to do.
I keep my calorie intake at 1500 to 2000 no pop and eat small portions throughout the day. Ideally I woul like to get down to 180 but that will take exercise to get there. I will probably drop off at 190 or 195 just dieting.
Now heres the Kicker I really am not eating any diet food.
normal day will consist of this
breakfast oatmeal and a small glas of OJ 200 cal.
morning snack Granola bar 110 cal
lunch is a salad with chicken or steak and reg ranch dressing (1 serving) 250 -300 cal, koolaid juice 10 cal, and a apple 80 to 100 depending on size.
snack cheese stick 60 cals
dinner is chicken,steak, or tuna 2 servings of broc and cheese and a glass of 2% milk 500 call (tops)
then at night if im still hungry i will have a small (1/2 cup of icecream) @ 150 to 200 cal depending on the type
anyways just showing how easy it is I feel better sleep better and am all around happier with the everything plus I allow my self to cheat a little here and there so i wont get tired of th diet.
