It has less to do with the "right or wrong" of it, and more to do with the hassle of getting it off your report. I've known a few that had to deal with the hassles. You get it taken off, they get it back on, etc. Read their TOS for more info. You are basically agreeing to be bent over by them.

Camaro ZL1 or CTS-V? I know the CTS-V is "nicer" but it carries a hefty premium over the ZL1. I was thinking about the new Mustang also, but the horror stories about transmissions has me as skurred as Jones at a drag race. Are there similar issues with the ZL1? EDIT: Ran across a 2010 CTS-V lightly modded for $47k private party and a 2013 Camaro ZL1 used for $51K at a dealer. I think the dealer may budge on the ZL1 but I doubt the CTS-V seller will move any on the price.

Basically, you file the paypal claim and hope they can pull money from the seller and return it to you. If they decline and you file a charge back against Paypal with your CC company, Paypal will close your account with a negative balance and report you to collections. Basically, if you value your credit, don't do a CC chargeback against paypal if they side with the seller. I'd file a "Significantly not as described" dispute with paypal and immediately escalate it to a claim ASAP. You are in a tough spot, however, since you have to show proof (link to thread etc) of what you bought and Paypal is notoriously anti-gun.

Yup We are at like 65 or so a month, internet only. Get a few channels still with the coax on the TV but most of our viewing is from Netflix. I also get Amazon Instant video and Hulu Plus.

Not an Audi fan, don't like the looks. I guess if it's 2+2, I could consider a ZL1 Camaro... They sticker new for less than i'm seeing used CTS-V's at.

There are plenty of other sellers out there selling. Last buy I got in on was 600rds in a 50 cal can for $115 shipped I believe. Had my crystal ball worked, I would have stocked up then when I saw 880rd crates for just over 100 shipped.

Yeah, I didn't realize the year/miles when it crossed my search. Anything decent year and miles costs more than i'm willing to spend. I've also decided a Cayman or Corvette is impractical and basically a waste. The Camaro left because nobody but me would go anywhere in it, thus it just sat. A 2 seater will be just as impractical and thus, will also likely just sit. I need a 4 seater and 2+2 is ok since my kids are small. I just can't seem to find anything fun for ~$35k or less. I could afford more, but I don't want to. CTS-V's (09+) seem to fetch 50k+ and i'm not willing to drop that kind of coin. I need to take a step back, decide what I really want (if anything) and go from there. I think it's time for me to go actually look and drive a few sedans or other 2+2 cars out there and see what fits, then decide how new/used i'm willing to go for it to fit my budget.

I always hear they are a drivers car, but i'm not a fan of the styling. I guess I should look at one in person though.
