Im not super excited about the PTFE line that came to me as it looks like it got kinked in quite a few places. It will probably be fine but im still worried about it. Ive got all my -8 an hose on the way and it will be here thursday along with the rest of my fuel fittings. cant wait to see what the outcome of this whole thing will be. its going to look awesome!

ok soo alot of updates here, I know I just put on these battle version arms and what not but it looks like ill be changing them out again some time in the near future. I have worked a deal with another company to send all my stock arms to them and get some prototype arms made for use. for the SC300, there are not any options inside the united states if you want upper control arms, lower arms etc, you have to go to japan to get them, not any longer. Also I have worked up a sponsorship deal with them to use all of their arms and help promote their company once its in ink ill make that announcement on top of all that I have ordered the rest of my fuel setup, materials for the swirl pot will be here Monday, fuel lines should be here Tuesday or Wednesday. also when I was doing the fuel rail the wiring harness became brittle around the cam sensor and the plug broke off so I placed an order for all new harness plugs to fix any aged and cracked plugs. Yesterday I removed all the stock fuel lines, pulled the tank so i can have the bulkhead welded onto it and drop it back in. Also to move forward with the fuel setup I wanted to delete the spare tire well so i removed that and make a delete plate, currently its riveted into place however it will be welded in place shortly. Ill be having a brace made underneath it as well that ties into the frame rail to act as a jacking point for the rear. pictures in no specific order. once the fuel setup is completed ill move onto the exhaust, then its going to be fitting the widebody and cutting out shit. Also I was told by my other sponsor that they don't like some things on my car and they will be changing them out specifically a new intake setup and catch can http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/2zumeunos/SC300/winter12/DSC_1016.jpg http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/2zumeunos/SC300/winter12/DSC_1017.jpg http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/2zumeunos/SC300/winter12/DSC_1020.jpg http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/2zumeunos/SC300/winter12/DSC_1021.jpg http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/2zumeunos/SC300/winter12/DSC_1022.jpg http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/2zumeunos/SC300/winter12/DSC_1023.jpg http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/2zumeunos/SC300/winter12/881089b4.jpg

yay update time, Muffler came in, Battle version toe and traction arms made it in and one of my Jay Racing 044's made it in this thing is HUGE! All the arms are on, and put the new wheels on, its funny how much more room they require, oh well heres some quick pictures. http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/2zumeunos/SC300/winter12/DSC_0996.jpg http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/2zumeunos/SC300/winter12/DSC_1000.jpg http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/2zumeunos/SC300/winter12/DSC_1001.jpg http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/2zumeunos/SC300/winter12/DSC_1008.jpg http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/2zumeunos/SC300/winter12/DSC_1009.jpg http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/2zumeunos/SC300/winter12/DSC_1010.jpg http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/2zumeunos/SC300/winter12/DSC_1011.jpg http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/2zumeunos/SC300/winter12/DSC_1012.jpg http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/2zumeunos/SC300/winter12/DSC_1013.jpg

since i kinda stopped updating this, heres what you all missed. Ok so Ive been trying to install my new upper arms and i have to drill the upper knuckle to sleeve it for the new arms to work. turns out the arm is strong as hell and ive destroyed 2 bits and barley got anywhere. So im taking my knuckles to my machinist and have him do it. at least ill know its done precision straight and what not. I suppose while its there ill have him make brackets so I can mount up a second caliper and re do my hydro setup while im there. When pulling off my knuckles though I found that my rear lower control arm has alot more play in the ball joint so its either time for custom lower arms, Ikeya formulas or some Eau Rouge lower arms. I could always pull the arms off the parts car for the time being but I think id rather just go solid arms since im getting battle version arms soon. other than that I put the new fuel rail on my car now im just waiting for parts to arrive. http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/2zumeunos/SC300/winter12/DSC_0964.jpg http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/2zumeunos/SC300/winter12/DSC_0965.jpg http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/2zumeunos/SC300/winter12/DSC_0966.jpg http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b107/2zumeunos/SC300/winter12/DSC_0967.jpg

Tim, I though the dealer will just contract out the work to some one else. Ben, No safelite because last time I had them replace a window on my lexus they chipped the paint and scratched it, along with bent my metal glass molding and broke some window clips and then glued them back into place. on top of that they denied all accusations saying its just from rock chips in the and there is no way they caused it. Its kinda funny, how a car that just got its window replaced at the body shop after getting its roof and a-pillars repainted still having its interior taped off from paint over spray can get rock chips from never moving. screw safelite, they paid me for the body work to get it fixed but it was a 2-3 month process to get it to happen. funny thing is the GM came out and took one look and said yep that was us, I know the tool that would have created that chip just a careless installer.

welcome tom! about time!!

Looking for ideas on who is a reputable company to replace my front windshield in my legacy. got a decent size chip that has turned into a rather large crack about a foot and a half long so it needs replaced. 0 deductible, so I could care less what the price is. only stipulation is that they must be able to get me true OEM glass, no aftermarket glass bull crap. also dont say safelite, I will never let them touch another car of mine.

This is seriously rad as heck. seriously ken block who? Pat this is for you..... all the guys are professional drivers that bought beater cars to do this kinda stuff. essentially practice cars they can beat to hell and not care about decent engines, good suspension and thats about it.

I check speed hunters every day, Little bit of something for everyone!

jeffro drivers for video are for OS, bios is a generic driver that loads and he is having the issue in bios. The LCD is busted replace it.
-
i vote the rear engine mount.
-
thanks, found them on yellow pages, $50 for clear anodizing and $80 for color. way better than ohio anodizing.
-
so Ohio anodizing just called me back. $133 plus tax for clear anodizing and 168 for black anodizing. Seams super high. Might make a DIY anodizing setup. BDHG940, any more info on mills plating?
-
welcome man, Ive got some of your fuel pumps!
-
^^ this, when cornering the fuel sloshes to one side of the tank leaving the pumps to suck air instead of fuel. with my power level it could be very bad for my engine so id rather be safer than sorry. http://photos.motoiq.com/MotoIQ/Features/BrianLockGTR/JEF4229/824650422_TBpgi-L.jpg

anyone have any insight? Might look into a DIY solution soon. I found http://www.ohioanodizing.com/ might give them a call to see what their pricing is like

BIGGU replied to Mattsv8's topic in Passing Lane
you can tell your running it because of the smell. -
is it a twin scroll?
-
Im in the process of making a swirl pot for my car and since im running E85 Ill need the container anodized on the inside. Who around Columbus can do it? Im planning on having it mostly finished, just leave the cap off and get it sent for anodizing and then weld the top on it.
-
when are you guys planning on leaving?
-
im pretty sure ill be there as well.
