alum lake is definitely thawed water temps are mid 40s right now... on a side note after living here two weeks i finally hit the pond behind the house for a half hour with a slush 2.75 big joshy minnow and hit 5 short bass 11-13" and a crappie 12.5".. i'm excited about the population of bass but more excited about the crappie. next trip i'll be thowing something weedless i can work slower.. prolly a 3" tube and a jig and bobber for panfish

His natural colors for bass.. sugar, slush, gizz shad, wqtermelin red, check out his crawls too... I catch plenty of accident bass in chartreuse colors too fishing for saugeye

anyone that knows me knows i fish a ton and this is my goto lure for fish.. i always have one tied on a pole whether on the bank or in the boat. his color selection kills all other swimbait manufacturers. i have spent well over $200 on his swim baits. but when you catch 30 saugeye in a night on them or 25 small mouth, and fat suspended crappie digest em.. you cant put a price on days like those. i have a full 3700 box of them...

fished buckeye today with a friend and holy shit was that wind brutal... mainly targeting panfish caught well over 100 fish.. at times could not keep the bluegills from hitting it whil trying to get the bait down to the crappie. brought home a 10 crappie and 5 gills for a nice batch to eat... hell of a fun day except the wet trip back 14ft boat in 3 foot waves dont mix.

I use bait casters for trolling and bottom bouncing in the boat, but spinning gear for everything else... I lol'd at your 10 poles Joe. We were talking about moving the other day and pretty sure my jeep will be full of my 20 some rods and my pile of fishing gear

we're moving to baltimore in 2 weeks so i'll be spending more time at buckeye then ever.. plus the new house has a fairly large pond behind it that i have fishing access to that i'm looking forward to exploring/stocking with some fish when the owners arent looking

This thread could not have been posted at a more perfect time. We are moving in two weeks and something that came up in inspection was the nasty sulfur smell to the water. The inspection guys basically told us the same thing...dump some bleach down there.

clay i dont judge in that situation.. once i was getting all mcdrunk working on the mach1 once and installing spacers and new wheels, cutting extended studs, counting lug threads. and i musta never tightened down the LR. mc semi drunk i decided to drive to the car wash when i was done and didnt make it .5 mile from my house before the lr wheel came off and flopped around in the wheel well. i had to walk home in freezing weather to get the other car, go back with a jack, fix it all, and take other car back and then walk back to get my car...fml...i dont judge oh and thanks for stopping in!

Do the next owner a favor and back off those stops you arent supposed to.use them with that trans and it causes the car to not be completely in gear and ruin synchos

realistically if i get 5000 miles out of a belt i wont care too much its a 20 min change. plenty of guys are using em and not having bad belt issues. most say due to slippage they would stretch belts far more often then they chew them up with that pulley. not sure on the rr pulley i didnt look at em.

yes................ i'm trying to maximize the p1 enjoy it for a bit get the rear done probably trans and then a power adder to get i dunno 650-700 wheel. but for right now this is plenty.
