I have a movie on my computer that I would like to put in my DVD player and watch on TV. The movie is in AVI format and when I burnt it to a DVD (im new to this by the way) it plays the audio on my computer but no video, and my DVD player wont read the disc at all. Hope that makes sense. Are there any good free programs out there to conver AVI to a format that is able to be burnt onto a DVD? Thanks for the help.

Check to see if the latch the tensioner screw is in is cracked. Mine did the same thing until i fixed it. It was hard to see so look the feed mechanism over pretty good
