did they say it NEEDED to be fixed, or recommended that you do so. If youre trying to make power on a 14 y/o car its best to make sure the major systems are in good working order. +1 on the ticking being the lifters.

Back from the dead. I just saw it last night, I thought it was a great movie. Some of the dialogue was forced at times, especially by Sigourney. I dont really understand what all this talk of "figuring out" is. It was pretty much spelled out for you half - 2/3 way through the movie. Regardless, in a time where almost every movie is a regurgitated plot line that only serves as a forum to display the latest innovations in CGI, its refreshing to see a unique plot line. Im sure M.Knight would offer his dearest apologies that he didn’t blow up enough stuff to satisfy the typical movie "connoisseur".

Yeah I did. I fixed most of my top end sputtering out too. Funny story: My tuning today was nill. I didnt get a single good log nor did I see how much boost I was running or what my EGTs were. I ran blind with no tune. Im confident I have a lot more in it. (but my lil turbo's days may be numbered)

I won the Quick 4 import with a best run of 11.745 @ 116.61. The hundred dollar prize ALMOST covers the $25 race fee, the $37 in nitrous, the $40 in race gas, and million dollar concessions. Ill spare you the shots of the trophy since its the same one they gave for the 57 "Show car" classes.

At least the traction was better tonight... I ran twice, the first run w/o nitrous i ran a 12.33 all seemed solid. The second run I lost a cylinder at the 1/8th, but kept pushing and managed a 11.99... at a very low 108.59. I learned that I lost fuel pressure during the run and melted 2 of my plugs. I left right after and went home to check the compression. Thank God for forged internals, I will be running tomorrow.

You should defintely get some more. Ive always wondered if the ricer kids really thought it looked good, or if they were just working with what they had / parents gave them in hopes of being different. When youre in a suburban highschool, standing out is pretty challenging since all white kids look alike. I never thought they believed that they were fast though.

Is that kid on this board? PS. A number of forged internal 4 cyls can pretty easily take a 150 shot. Obviously they are few and far between, but their blocks are fully intact.
