    I know right, finding this property was not easy at all. Though being forced to wait so long gave me a lot of time to fix my credit score to the range I told you I would and save up a crap ton of money for the rehab.

    The Evo was so stiff and responsive at first, I was almost afraid to drive it as a daily. I got used to it.

    I deal with cost prices from the manufactures they use... Most of the "deals" are just the cost prices on open box/scratch dent items. For genuine lost leader items, look for the hhgregg ads where they have 4 appliances for $1000 or the like. If you want good deals on higher end lines, they simply cant often be found in retail. Try craigslist or the like.

    I love my Evo. The dealership showed me lease options even though I said I never would and it worked out to about 650/mo with 2k(ish) down. 3k down on a buy monthly was a bit over 600/mo. I put a good amount down and got my rate down to 6.1% and pay just over 500/mo buying it. I test drove a few STis but I am a mitsu kid.
