  1. I was an onsite certified tech in 00' but I fucking hate fixing computers.
  2. Even worse: When I was in high school I managed to make nearly 20k with which I planned to pay my tuition with. My Mother and stepfather then "Borrowed it" to buy a car. I never saw it again. I am still bitter each month when that FEDEDU shits pulls from my account.
  3. I know plenty of (now adults) that had school completely taken care of. Many did quite well and now are well adjusted adults. It all depends on the values indoctrinated in the punk. To say that paying for your child’s college is a recipe for failure is a gross underestimation in the power of positive culturing.
  4. You should definitely consult a financial advisor to make sure you are making the best choices. I can tell you that a standard savings account definitely isnt the answer. I have a younger sister whose tuition I know I am going to be paying so I have started some kind of dedicated account for her. My sister is a very good advisor and could certianly answer your questions with much more authority than most here. PM me if you'd like her info.
  5. all the talk about break boosting a 14b. I laughed. Jesus. Christ. Again.
  6. Sometimes in the sunday paper Ashley Furniture has loss leader sofas on sale for 220-300. Obviously they arent 8 way hand tied springs but it is a sofa without pee stains. The oasis poppy collection is the cheapest I know of off the top of my head.
  7. It really all comes back to intensity. You have to stimulate the muscle in new and more strenuous ways to create the necessity for muscle volume. Work our harder and heavier and you will overcome the plateau.
  8. The only people that would benefit from amino acid suplementation are extreme athletes who essentially dedicate their lives to the sport. Those of us who do it to stay healthy get plenty from an even sub-proper diet.
  9. How bout we meet in the middle and I say: THE SUPPLEMENTATION OF AMINO ACIDS IS WORTHLESS. I would venture to say that there is even more misinformation and pseudo-science passed around in F&N than the auto world.
  10. Old style mono-hydrate may do this, but the new ethyl ester is supposed to eliminate this. Ive never experienced bloating from any creatine. It is a vocal minority who may experience bloating, it's not as common as one might think. Once again looking at actual facts rather than lore, the effects are virtually non-existent in the scientific literature. Most likely, people hear that creatine causes intramuscular water retention and psychologically transfers this effect to bloating out of sheer misunderstanding.
  11. PS. You and I both know that amino acids are the "building blocks of life" and that essential amino acids are imperative to construction of muscle and life... So don’t give me some semantic argument about my not knowing that Amino acids in themselves are essential to muscular development. Clearly I was talking about the supplementation of the most abundant one, that being glutamine.
  12. No, Ill let people who are much more knowledgeable about physiology tell you. From a site that sells supplements. From T-nation, a bodybuilder site. linkey second part of above article. If you want to read one of the hundreds of medical studies that these and the other gazillion articles are based on, I would be happy to provide those as well. Or you could look at the footnotes at the bottom of each article. Glutamine in the fitness world is the equivalent of the intake tornado in the auto world. Those that have any familiarity with recent trends and research know better. or How about you "please PLEASE" tell me how glutamine benefits you.
  13. amino acids are worthless. Creatine would probably help. Ill post a better schedule for you later today.
  14. Bulova is sold at many jewlery stores. There is no store to my knoledge that sells just bulova watches. Im assuming it is a standard pin joint so literally any place that sells watches can do it.
  15. Ive had decent experience with them in the past, but I havent had any high dollar transactions.
  16. If it is an accutron, Id take it to a jewler. If it is a standard, just take it to some place in the mall, often they will do it for free. PS... Breitling FTW. http://images.amazon.com/images/P/B0007LIC6G.01-A29VPP2HAR5B51._SCLZZZZZZZ_.jpg
  17. -A nurse doesnt carry insurance themselves. The hospital itself has this insurance. It is only a concern if you are starting your own private practice. Nurses dont do that. -The stereotype is bound to change. With the amount of demand in the industry, enough smart people will eventually begin to capitalize on it. Money can make people overlook any kind of negative perception. -The biggest thing you should be questioning is if this path will be satisfying to you. You can make all the money in the world, but if you hate your life and what you do, it isnt going to make you love it. The desire to help people falls in line with that which would be satisfied with this job. -I would definitely consider it if I wasnt engrossed in my career already.
  18. I started shopping yesterday at 4. I did fine. Everyone is happy.
  19. So did the divorce inspire the trim down? I just broke up with the girlfriend of 3 years a lil bit ago and have been at the gym 3-4 times a week since. So it goes.
