  1. I also agree the clutch is tricky. It's been one of the most difficult manual tranny's to master. It's easy to drive hard and hard to drive easy is how I phrase it.

It seems like its different every time you drive. However a nice solid rmm helps.

Thus why boost is limited in the low gears.

Better when removed- but makes it harder to drive it easy. :D

  2. I like Sure Motorsports products, but they are generally just really nice version of an existing design. I believe they are part of streetunit. I know shifter bushings sound like a strange recommendation, but they change the way the vehicle feels completely durring a shift. All the spongeyness goes away.

If you are looking to change your exhaust for more power- You'll be looking to do it from the turbo back. If you are just looking for more sound- just take one of the resonators off.

My favorite mod so far is the hypertech tuner. It allowed me to take the throttle restriction off and change my idle. The hypertech tuner is great, but does not allow for the granularity of the cobb AP. I can't complain too much- the hypertech costed $322.

I've got an extra dogbone RMM if you are looking to buy a used one.

also, Avoid WOT under 2500-3000 rpms if you dont want the boom.

  3. ida-x100 with imprint tuner

x100 is a media player (no cd drive) I love it, but my new car is getting a double din.

  4. do you know the specs on this amp? California 800 Profile amp.

also I have a 10" enclosed box. would that be enough to push the sub?

I dont want earthshaking bass either. lol.

I couldn't say without more information on the sub and box you're talking about. The california amp is currently pending sale.

  5. I couldn't find anything for sure, but it sounds like it takes any old 2.5 inch sata hard drive. You can buy them pretty much anywhere, Micro Center probably being the cheapest.

Microcenter usually has at least one great deal per different type of drive...

last week a guy I work with purchased 2 1tb barracuda drives for like 58 bucks each

which I thought was a great deal!

  6. I've driven a few. Not exactly what I'd call a straight line performance vehicle. They do handle well. I wouldn't want to drive one year round.

I do like the sound of a rotary at 8k tho.

If you do buy one every other mazda owner will offer to buy your stock rx8 wheels.

  7. Comes with

XTI body, Kit lens 18-55mm, Protective lens filter (always been on the camera), battery, battery charger, Canon bag, remote (RC-1), Canon Strap, 1gig cf card, card reader, comp video cable, usb cable, user manual, box if requested (would have to find it)

  8. Theres an old lady that drives down Schrock each day in between the right and left lanes literally straddling the line between lanes (everyday.) She has a Suzuki sedan with green, red, blue, and white paint transfer up and down the sides of her car and no side mirrors anymore. She approaches each light and stops about 2.5-3 car lengths away from the car in front of her. Her top speed never reaches any more than 10< the speed limit.

I could see her doing this.
