yeah, but i dont need to cut down a bunch of stuff. i had the tree i got down, maybe 12" trunk, and a couple tree/bush things with maybe a 3" trunk on each i wanted down. not worth $60 to rent for a day because they wont rent it for 4 hours like most of the other tools ive rented from them (wallpaper steamer, aerator)

after trying to trackdown a chainsaw to borrow for about a month now (i refuse to pay sunbelt $60 for a full day rental when i only need one for less than an hour), my g/f was able to borrow her aunts when she was out there today. she gets home today, and its a remington brand 3.0hp with about a 16" blade. i get the tree trunk cut down that i needed gone, about 10-12" in diameter. after i get done, i can see it smoking a little bit...was able to shake a few pieces of tree shavings out of it, but when i hit the button, it turned back on just fine. let it sit for about 5 minutes while we carried the trunk to the front of the house, come back out to cut down another small tree, and nothing. checked the cords, all plugged in. tried another outlet, still nothing. i dont even hear anything inside like its trying to turn on...took it into my garage and set it down, got a couple other things knocked out, came back over, plugged it in, still nothing...where it was sitting though, theres about a tablespoon of oil that had leaked out onto my garage floor at about the base of the chain/blade. now i feel like a dick for this chainsaw not working after i used it for <5 minutes, and i dont want to return it broken any ideas what i can look for with this?

ive got a set i'd can loan you. theyre old, but metal and sturdy as hell. ive only got 2 though. is that all you need?

Thats gotta be ricks dog...was out when i went over to pick up that chopping block last week. pretty calm dog. usually im used to them just jumping on you when you first see them...i need one like his.

funny, because when i called tech support today to try to go back to 2.1, i was told that "it's not possible" and in response to all the shit i dont want "don't use those apps". WTF kind of answer is that?

way out in BFE viewing > city viewing i had to drive to somewhere out in illinois a few years ago, and just driving down the road looking up you could see EVERYTHING. it was like a 40 mile straight away with no lights. i literally took my hands off the wheel and stayed on a 2 lane road for 2 miles straight.

mainly calls, texts, and web browsing...it just pisses me off they add all these apps that they want me to waste more money on (like vz navigator...ive got google maps, car panel, etc. dont need to pay $10/mo for vz nav, i have free thing on my phone) and i cant remove them without doing a bunch of stuff i shouldnt have to do.

lol. not impressed with it...tried my brothers and didnt like it...and this was before i got this phone. funny thing is, i was planning on waiting until verizon got the iphone, then after messing with his a couple times, decided it wasnt as good as i thought it would be.

gf has an 07 sedan, probably 50k miles so far. been fine. had to replace tires at 35k...the a/c sucks, but i guess thats a common problem. other than that, i dont recall any issues

im an idiot when it comes to these phones, and this is already pissing me off. the update added a bunch more programs i dont want/need or will never use (amazon mp3, app sharing, city id (was already there), my verizon mobile, news and weather, peep (already there), quickoffice, search people, vz navigator)...not to mention, i can go and kill the tasks, and they just pop back up and keep running. my battery life today alone i have noticed is shit. fuck this. such bs

was it on your jeep? i was at my dads today and looked down and saw it was pretty dark. i dont think ive seen it before, so it may have already been done. lol
