  1. that just seems like a lot, even for a big house. a while back, i was dicking around on the auditors website, and looked at some houses back n colt's neck in gahanna/new albany area, check out something like this... http://franklincountyoh.metacama.com/photo/20080430/KU113546.jpg Tax Year 2008 Annual Taxes $60,605.30 yeah...5k A MONTH. lol

i could be wrong, but i think this guy opened for carlos mencia at the palace theatre a couple years ago.
  3. im guessing behind kohls and city center mall parking garage? i saw you on granville in gahanna a few weeks ago. car looked good
  4. are you sure its 240/mo and not 240/yr? thats like a 2800/yr increase...i didnt think there were many or any tax increases that were that high.
  5. ugh...the thing i dread. but i guess its nice knowing at least the principle and interest is fixed. my g/fs grandparents talk about their mortgage being a couple hundred bucks a month, which im sure was a decent amount then...so im sure years down the line, even with increased taxes or insurance, and hopefully increased pay, it will seem like a lot less
  6. i hope you mistyped that. 400% increase!?
  7. ALL the kids split the 250k. 14 of them. whats that, like 18k/each? whoopty doo. in 18 years, that might get a semester or 2 of college.
  8. theres a place at the bend of waterbury and claycraft in gahanna called national K9. ive heard good things
  9. do yours have feet or wheels? i'd prefer a set with feet. if its feet, let me know where i can get that beer and ill stop by some time tomorrow when you're available.
  10. anyone got a set on the cheap? queen size, basic frame with 4 feet, metal bed rails. something i can screw into a headboard. TIA
  11. update - thursday night, ceiling stamping didnt work like we hoped...from where the popcorn was up before, when we mixed the mud/water/white paint, and rolled it on, and hit it with the stamp, it was coming right back off down to drywall. since we had to do ceiling that night, and paint friday for carpet on saturday, we said fuck it. just rolled paint/mud/water mixture onto the celing to finish it and cover anything else up. didnt turn out too horribly. not what i wanted, but on a time constraint friday morning on my way to work, carpet guy calls and says he cant get anyone out on saturday, and monday would be soonest. while im pissed, im kinda ok with it because this gives me a couple extra days. i probably could have done the ceiling like i wanted, but after seeing that my g/fs dad came over and did a 2nd coat, it looked better than thursday night. good enough. lol last night we went and looked at bedroom furniture to get matching stuff, instead of our bits and pieces. found a decent set we liked at a good price, so we went to find paint to match it up with. get to home depot, and look at one of the catalogs, and on the cover is a room with furniture the same color as what we're getting...get the paint colors from the book and get all our paint/primer started final sanding last night, priming, and cleaned up some mess. today we moved everything from upstairs to pull the remaining flooring up for trish (damreds) and be ready for carpet monday. started painting and got the 1st coat done. im pretty happy with it. the color is called "peanut butter", and its pretty damn close painted room - (sorry, crappy cell pic) http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y267/evan938/0725091648.jpg?t=1248555973 and the furniture we plan on putting into room http://www.perduesinc.com/images/49000ML.jpg almost done!! feels good...
  12. if you dont mind an apartment, the place i rented was off waggoner rd, about 1.5mi north of broad. you can get a 2br/2ba with a balcony or porch for maybe 649/mo. it was jefferson chase, at waggoner/kennedy
  13. 300 might be, but im not dropping 300 for something i can do myself, i just hate doing it.
  14. so this would work? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/SPC-REAR-CAMBER-KIT-FORD-FOCUS-MAZDA-3-MAZDA-5_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trkparmsZ65Q3a12Q7c66Q3a2Q7c39Q3a1Q7c72Q3a1205Q7c293Q3a1Q7c294Q3a50QQ_trksidZp3286Q2ec0Q2em14QQhashZitem29ffe72319QQitemZ180386997017QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories as long as it wont affect tire wear up front, thats fine with me. i just want to lower her car to look better...shes not going to go out and auto-x it or anything...and since her dad just got her some new tires, i want to try to keep them in good condition for the life they're supposed to get.
  15. update - once again, fuck drywall. fuck mudding it, fuck sanding it, fuck mudding it again, and sanding it again. i mud over tape, and sand to get it smooth, and i get a bit of tape, and rough spots. just a big PITA. i emailed a guy from CL who did it and he wanted $300 just to mud/sand. i hate doing it, but not enough to pay that much! ive got to get the ceiling sanded a bit more, and hoping to stamp it tomorrow night. there are still some imperfections, but i figure if i can get it about 90-95%, the texture will hide the rest. if any more mud/sand needs to be done, im hoping my g/fs dad can knock it out while im at work. friday night i have to paint the room, because carpet should be here saturday early afternoon. then hopefully i can get all the baseboards in, doors hung, all the trim work around the doors done, ceiling fan hung, and everything moved in so much for this being a "3 day" project my g/fs dad claimed...lol
  16. i can do that... so nothing needed for the fronts? just the one set for the rear? i went on the M3 forum and i saw a sponsor section for THmotorsports, but not TI. link?
  17. theyre always hiring. from what i hear, its all part-time.

    AEP Problem

my old apartment it was in my name, and i got it back after a year. when i bought my house, my g/f set it up since she pays utilities, but i had to sign the paper to vouch for her.
  19. i guess. i just know if i have it in my basement, id stop using it after a short time. while the gym will cost you more in the long run, it motivates me to go and keep going, because i know if i dont, im throwing away money. plus, you might want to check with your work to see if they do some sort of reimbursement. i know mine will pay for 1/2 my membership up to $200, which cuts mine down to like $14/mo (will go to 35/mo when i turn 25 and no longer a "young adult")
  20. LOL. we had the same one at my parents house when i was a teenager. we all wanted to work out, my dad went and got that, it got used for a month or so, then after that the seats became a scratching post for the cats. when they got divorced my mom ended up giving it to one of the patients from the dr. office she works for.
  21. why not just get a membership to a gym? for ~$35/mo, you can go to the Y and use all their shit, pool, ball courts, and more exercise equipment than you can shake a stick at.
  22. i tried nights once...doing security for my grandpas security company...it was at the OH state fair, and it was only like 10-11 days, 9p-6a...fuck that. i mean, it was easy as hell, but BORING!
  23. http://www.iapdirect.com/product.php?productid=41207&cat=355&page=1 like this? does it only need them for the rear or will the front need something to adjust the camber as well?? any of you mazda guys willing to give me a hand installing if i end up going this route? ive got a garage with a good amount of tools, and i think i even have spring compressors, although i think im missing one, but i could get another set
