im gonna have to show my dad this thread. my brother (18) was home today, and woke up to 2 fucking somalians in the house, 1 at the foot of his bed. when he sat up from sleeping, he yelled at the other one and they took off. and to think my dad turned down the offer of one of my handguns when this happened earlier this summer.

we already gave her the option to settle at 85% 2 months ago, and i pitched her a 70% settlement before i sent her the letter. i have full intentions on letting our attorneys sue her. its not a small balance either. its close to $3k. you can threaten a counter suit at me all day long, nothing will happen. when it gets to me, you've had 7 months of delinquency, we have clear documentation of the attempts we've made to contact you in those 7 months, recorded phone calls of all conversations, including those where we agree to settle an account, and you refuse it. no court is going to side with you

the best way is to keep a small balance and pay it off monthly. yes, it may cost you a buck or two per month, but inactivity doesnt look great. if you have a $1,000 balance, put 75$ on it, and make the minimum payments monthly. at any point, both my store cards and 1 credit card have a balance. granted, i pay off the CC monthly so im not getting charged interest, i have a balance the next month, which is another way to show constant activity. i haven't pulled my cbr lately since i just got my circuit city and speedway card within the last couple months. im hoping when i do pull it maybe turn of the year, ive got a decent score.

well, the 5/3 CC i use if im going to make a large purchase, and then just pay it off a couple days later (like when we bought a 700$ mattress). the gas card i use weekly and pay it off at the end of the month. the other 2 were free money with the 0% for so many months. i understand what you're saying though.

im sure its in there. 16$/mo on a $3,000 balance isnt anywhere near that...especially 5 months past due (when she started) and then written off (7 months where it is now. written off = balance in full due)

yeah, but "0% gamers" are actually doing more harm to their credit by opening/closing accounts so often. from what i've heard too, people who work for some banks in the retention departments can't tell those people that they're actually hurting themselves. the only thing i use my credit cards for is to take advantage of the points system, like my 5/3 CC, every 5k i spend with it, i get a 50$ check, my speedway CC, i get 40 pts for every 1$ spent there (currently have like 39k points, enough to get a 50-75$ speedway gift card), then i have a couple store cards that have a 0% for x months, so its basically free money. i think i've got ~3 years to pay off 900 on the tv i just bought.

i have a debtor im dealing with at work that is doing this, and told me that she wasn't going to pay her debt for 2 months when "she is ready" i told her that was a mistake (like $3k balance), and i was going to send her account to our attorneys for them to sue her. she just sorta said whatever, like she didnt care...sent her the letter saying she had 14 days to pay the balance, if not, off to the attorneys...got a call a few days later "i told you im going to pay this in 2 months!"...tough shit. you had 7 months, im not waiting 2 more i think she has 10 days from now.

sounds good. i work til 8 tomorrow, and ill be on lunch from 2-4 just give me a call on my cell because for some gay reason, they've blocked CR at work, even on the computers they have for us to check emails, etc, etc.

thats what i was thinking this whole thread. i never aim for the back/center or even the piss mat in the urinal. usually for the side when they angle back, and like you said, works the same fashion as at the shooting range one odd thing i saw in canada a couple years ago was at night when the place started filling up, they dumped ice in the urinals. when i asked the bathroom guy why, he said it reduces splashes and keeps the smell down. i dont know about the smell, but i would think it would splash 10x more if i hit a pile of ice cubes with corners than a flat wall of a urinal.

i dont know. manufacturers warranty is 5yr/60k bumper to bumper and 10yr/100k powertrain. i would think the powertrain would be extended

im not fucking with it, nor is he. was just curious as to what anyone thought it may be. he got it towed in today and got a mazda6 for a rental. i guess he even bought the extended warranty when he bought the car, so its covered to 100k bumper to bumper...not sure how much it extended the powertrain

no problem guys. like i said, my buddy may be coming out in december. if he does, i'll see if he wouldn't mind taking some orders. i dont know how many he can fit in his car though.

its not one field. lol. delaware wildlife area is HUGE. its like the area east of the dam, from panhandle rd or so up to 229. when we used to pheasant hunt, we'd be shocked to see 4-5 other groups while finding a new field.

i used to love getting in on the youth hunt days when i was 17 and under. IIRC, the adults don't hunt, just go with to supervise. the kids have taken the course. just because they're under 17 doesnt mean theyre retarded. i never had an issue when i was a kid.

that was my guess as well, but im not a mechanic. odd that it would happen just driving along the freeway, especially since he just put 400+ miles on it over the weekend

theres somehow oil in the cylinders. when i got there, i had him start the car for a minute to hear the noise, then when i pulled the plugs, that one had smoke coming from the spark plug hole.
