my mom got me and the g/f this speedway discount card...it looks like a gift card, go inside, say "i want X dollars on this card", (we'll say 30$), they take off 4%, so you pay $28.80, and when you go to the pump, your card has 30$ on it with the discount yesterday it came out to $3.004/gal lucky for me my beater car gets 36-37mpg, so i can fill up like every week and a half and put ~8 gallons in it

i do 1st party collections (ie, im calling from the bank that financed the CC, not a collection agency that's been hired out). they are not required to not put it on your credit report. its credit history. good or bad, all they have to do is report accurate information. if you didnt pay for 3 months, they put it on your CBR as "3 months delinquent" then when you pay it show "paid in full", your CBR will show something along the lines of "1-2-3-0" showing you went 1, 2, 3 months behind, then the 0 will signify it was paid in full. if they charge off the account and send it to a collection agency, it may show 1-2-3-9, 9 usually meaning write off/charge off now as for your message, unless you can show me where a creditor is required to state the company they're calling from in a message, im pretty sure you're wrong. at my work, the title they give us is "agent". they have stated that if i say "this is agent smith", THEN, i do have to identify the name of the bank. if i say "this is mr. smith calling, i need a return call today at ###-###-####", we're not required to name the bank. as for the long distance number, i havent had to deal with anything but 800 numbers, and im too lazy to look into that. any collection agency you read up on the BBB, someone is going to be making a complaint. not always because the agency is a shitty one, but people who are that delinquent are going to do whatever they can to get out of the debt. thats why they're "debtors" and not "customers" the original creditor is not only willing to deal with you at this point because the agency is getting a cut, they have a contract with the agency, and you can not have 2 companies dealing with the same debt. if that were the case, you could have 10 companies calling you over the same debt. trust me, it pisses me off too, because i have people calling me daily. probably 5-10 people a day, if not more, wanting to pay their bill, and i have to send them to the agency, and thats money im missing out of that could go toward my goal. with apartments, if you signed a lease, back out of it, if they cant rent it out for 6 months, guess what? youre gonna have to pay that rent amount for 6 months. thats why they make you sign a lease.

we shop at meijer, but since i found out walmart sells the gatorade flavor we like in the big 5 gallon mix bucket, for like 8 bucks, when its 4.59 for 2 gallon tub at meijer, we make a stop at wally world every so often

dunno. i know i seem to like it though. lol went and talked to my dad today, who's the family computer go-to guy. apparently his g/f works in a marketing department of something or another, and has the ability to print all these off for me. he said the issue im going to have is something about the picture being 72 DPI and when i try to blow it up to a 16x20 picture, its going to be a bit pixelated. since im getting the pics printed free, i guess i dont have much to lose.

i agree, thats why my last post said i realize i wont be able to get that done. the pic i posted in that link could give me 5 pics 20" tall and 16" wide, which i think would look cool, being such a wide picture, but wouldnt be as overkill as 14 going to hit up kinkos and a couple other places today to see what they can do

trying to do a project for my living room. im trying to find a panoramic picture, preferrably black and white of a city skyline, that i can get printed out and cut into maybe 14-16 sections, frame them, and hang them above my couch heres what i've got now http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y267/evan938/IMG_1709.jpg?t=1223257050 ive got the 2 pictures, but it just seems like i need a bit more to look right. i couldnt find any other pictures where i got those, and everything else i found was either a different size, different look, etc so if i could find something i could get printed out at like 14" x 154" or 176" (give me 14 or 16, 11" wide pictures) any ideas a) where i could get a decent resolution picture and b) where i could get something of such odd size printed?
