    I <3 IRS

probably a once in a blue moon time you will hear that! filed my tax refund last week on friday (1st), got email it was accepted, and that i would have my refund deposited on friday the 15th. log into my bank acct today, they deposited it yesterday. a week early. :woowoo: :woowoo: :woowoo: now i can go to the gunshow today and not worry about spending too much money
  2. eh, ill probably still check it out when it hits blockbuster
  3. thinking about going out sunday. buddy of mine has .45 1911 i want to shoot, and hes been wanting to try out my M&P figured id see if anyone else was in, and if so, whos down for gun swaps? i ask now because if we're swapping around for a bit, i'd like to get ammo somewhere besides there, because its ridiculously overpriced im thinking mid day? noon? maybe i can call down tomorrow and see if they can hold out some lanes in a group for us.
  4. i read an article in the free paper they have at chipotle. it didnt look too good. their basic stance is "if something happens, tough shit. you paid 10$, what did you expect", if your flight is cancelled, YOU are responsible for rebooking, etc etc but for 10$, id do it too!

  6. my g/f is sick as a dog for the last few days. me, im happy i got my 15$ flu shot. 1st one ever, and i havent been sick all winter. fuck yeah!
  7. as said, trigger sucks. wolffe makes a replacement spring, and IIRC, its under 10$ i put 250-300 rds thru my 9mm sigma and never had a jam. i was going to ask if you bought brians but i guess he answered that. you will probably get the itch to upgrade soon. if you wanna go out to OVO in a couple weeks, i think me and a buddy or two are going, so we can all shoot each others guns
  8. what? i change my oil every 300 miles...
  9. i would just like to say, that garage and being able to pull 2 cars in 1 lane is fucking sweet.
  10. hypothetically, im big enough. also, hypothetically, hes not a big guy. maybe 5'9, 130lbs
  11. hypothetically, i dont think i would want to do something to seriously injure him over a laptop. but, i think hypothetically i wouldnt mind taking him up to lake erie and throwing him in, and leaving him there. nothing like having some cement shoes, but just enough to give him pnuemonia for a few days
  12. lets take a hypothetical situation here. you have a sister who lives in cleveland with boyfriend of ~2 years, who you never really liked. said boyfriend is an idiot and gets tattoo of sisters face on arm, with name underneath it, 1 year in. more recently said boyfriend is showing what an idiot he is. breaking up with sister at her family reunion because "she was not paying attention to him". more recently, sister finds out said dick is cheating on her. sister ends relationship, moves into friends place for a couple weeks to finish school quarter and then transfer back to columbus for next quarter to finish school. said dick takes sisters laptop and ipod that were at house, and now laptop is missing. ipod has been returned, but it's probable laptop has been sold all hypothetical, remember. personally, i would give him until friday to return laptop before myself, brother and another friend with whom is good friends with (if it were) my sister make a trip up to cleveland what would be your plan of action
  13. sweet. i know its only a couple months out, but my bro's lease is up this month, and his place wants an extra 100$/mo to go month to month. quicker we can find a house to rent, the better for both of us
  14. my room at my parents was directly over the garage. fumes arent any issue for a couple reasons. #1, there is a ceiling in the garage, and a floor in my room. lol. its not netting im walking on. #2, unless youre an idiot and run your car with the garage closed, the fumes wont get stuck in. i cant think of a time a car sat running in the garage for more than a couple minutes the thing i did hate though was in the winters, my room got cold as fuck. 35$ space heater fixed that!
  15. i have a buddy who lives out in morgantown WV (actually, i think he moved to florida recently), but his xd (01-03 elantra) went for 130k miles on the original clutch! i think he had to do his brakes for the 1st time a bit after 100k
  16. im not really worried about losing 250. its a 17 mile trip one way now, and even carpooling w/ my g/f who works around the corner, we're still going thru quite a bit of gas. moving within 2 miles of work, id ride a bike in the summer (no lie) what my main point of the post was, is if the lease end date shows as "5/031/07", and says nothing about the term of the lease, if i just give them 30 day notice, what are the chances they could try to get me for leaving early. I know it was a 13 month lease, but whats on paper is on paper
  17. really? so if you bought a kahr cw40 and didnt like it after the 1st week, you could sell it to me? lol
  18. im pretty sure the deal vances was running is over as of 1/31. at least the S&W portion of the rebate and free mags ended then
  19. i think even concrete would suck. i can understand 2-3 steps, but 8-10 is nuts. plus, with it split like that, and the door placement, it appears that you would just walk in and have to go up either another flight of steps or down one to ground level wouldnt the kitchen be upstairs? that would be no fun taking groceries in, even if you went thru the garage
  20. so i had to re-sign my lease last year in late april/early may. they had a deal if i signed a 13 month lease that i got 1/2 off the 1st month. i really didnt want to get into another year, as i was month to month for 6 months prior to that. new management basically said sign a lease, rent will go up 10$, gave me the option of a 6 mo lease for 50$/mo more. so i signed the lease for 13 months NOW, the lease that i have shows a lease start date as "5/01/07" and a lease end date of "5/031/07" (yes, thats how it appears). ive looked at it, and it does not state anything such as "13 month", it just shows those dates. it DOES have something showing i think they call it a "concession", which is the same amount they gave me off the 1st month i have been wanting to move up to the westerville area, and have an opportunity to split a house with my brother and his g/f, which will put me closer to work, and save me some $ each month. so how hard would it be to get out of the lease? they have the same lease i have (i got the copy), so its right there in black and white. if i do try to get out of it, what is the chances they will try to get the 250$ or so back from me they gave me off the 1st month, and if they do try, what are the chances i will legally be held to pay it? TIA
