Actually I've heard that the Eagles and Browns orgs both found him to be abrasive and too controlling and decided to go in different directions. Esp the Browns, he wanted way too much control and got pissy about not getting it. Same with the Eagles. Reid had run front office guys out of town and they don't want to deal with that again.

I think it has to do with him demanding attention from the staff over the past 2 or so weeks, then saying "fuck it, im goin to Louisville anyway" A bit of sour grapes? Yeah. But I am glad someone out there is giving a bit of pushback to these kids who waste thousands of athletic $$'s by jerking staffs around
