Yeah I am not blaming it on the people who live in those areas or who were actually going to those places. It's the people who live in Newark and were going to Dublin that had no clue anything was going on until they were forced off of 161. I think that caused the biggest issues.

While Harlem and County Line were backed up to old 161, my dad went north to Sunbury then back down to Polaris and got there in 40 minutes, 15 more than normal. If people had planned ahead rather than everyone getting dumped off onto the same few roads, limiting options, it would have been different.

My parents live just north of there on Harlem. My dad had a Dr's appt at Polaris this morning. He had to go north to Sunbury and back down at 10am.

If this is still closed in the morning and those ppl from Nerk and Johnstown screw up my commute... i swear to god.....

I think the mess was so terrible this morning because people don't pay attention to traffic reports. I had a friend say she sat on 161 for over an hour this morning waiting to exit to hamilton, then another hour to get to Easton. If she had watched the news, there were many other routes she could have taken to work that would have cost her, at most, 15 minutes.

I can't believe it is going to be closed through tomorrow. Ridiculous. I'd say this is fucking up over a 1/4 of the city's commute. I bet you my commute is backed up tomorrow, even though I don't even use 270 or 161, just because of the congestion on the side streets.

Also supposedly he used coupons at a golf course that entitled him to 50% off of rounds of golf that somone gave him and the NCAA decided that they can put monetary value on something that says "has no monetary value"

Show me a boat with a 22.5 degree deadrise, a true 10'6" beam with a hardtop and windshield that can store 2,000 lbs of fish that goes faster, and I will be impressed. You are comparing apples to oranges. Sure, for a go fast boat, 80 MPH is nothing to "oh and ahh" about, but we are talking a pure fishing boat here. One that weighs 15,000 lbs loaded and goes 500 miles round trip at a time. 80 mph itself is not a HUGE deal, but on that type of boat it is.

BTW, if he should be going faster than that, I don't think Fountain would be using his boat as one of their poster boats, nor do I think everyone on The Hull Truth would be drooling over it. Size and weight? I posted a 38 ft deep V thay weighs over 12000 lbs without fuel or ppl. Completely different

They are quite bad ass. If you have ever seen one of the Verados in person, they are about 6'2 from the bottom of the skeg to the top of the engine cover. Much bigger than you imagine.

The weight of gas, people etc is around 2500 lbs, 38 ft boat, going 84 mph :dumb:

If I remember correctly, those screens are for 2 engines each....
