  1. I believe that the studies go on to say that if you move in with an SO with the intention of engagement and marriage at the time of moving in together, that it actually helps a marriage but only slightly. Also a couple that lives together before marriage and then has intensive pre marriage conseling has significantly better results than the average.
  2. My parents were together for 2 years and married at 19 and 20. They have been married for 40 years, going strong. My in-laws were together for 1 1/2 years, married at 23 and 24. They have been married for 30 years and going strong.
  3. So at the time of the event, 5 "current" players and 2 "former" players were there. The "current" players (at the time of the event) were Pryor, Newsome, Brown, Howard and Hall. The 2 "former" players (at the time of the event) were Smith and Ginn. Brooks with Sports by Brooks is a fucking idiot. The Plain Dealer already identified all 5 "current" players earlier in the week.

    Carrying concerns

At Huntington? What I don't get is that Huntington has a pro carry policy. Only certain branches have those metal detectors

    Carrying concerns

I barely bank anywhere that doesn't allow guns, and the smaller banks where I do, the branch manager or higher knows I carry in their bank.

    Carrying concerns

No, places that are just posted and not prohibited by law are just a criminal trespass if you have been caught there before. Oh yeah, one place I forgot to mention that I will always carry, no matter what signs are up, are banks

    Carrying concerns

I carry everywhere except places that serve alcohol, sporting events and gov't buildings
  9. There's no gray area. It's pretty easy to distinguish the 2. People are just stupid. It's super easy to get financing (and even construction financing) for actual modular homes. It's just all about knowing what you are buying and doing it correctly.
  10. Not if an actual modular home. Lots of manufactured homes are sold as "modulars". The ones you see going down the freeway with in 2 halves are actually "manufactured" homes. Modulars come in pieces and most of the house is assembled on site, rather than just putting 2 halves together
  11. Why not make them pay it to the charity, that would be better
  12. I like the jersey, pants and helmet, the under shit is what makes it horrid
  13. I would hope not. Typically modular homes are a little higher end in the initial build. The panels will be tighter fitting, more insulation, etc. On This Old House, a lot of additions they do anymore are modular, as in, they will build the floors, walls, and roof in a factory and ship them to the house to be installed. It's considered green. Most people who have an actual modular home would guffaw at anyone insinuating they have a standard build home.
  14. THIS is a modular home http://www.allamericanhomes.com/floorplans.php?floorplan=Orleans THIS is a manufactured home http://www.mobilehomesjacksonville.com/images/manufactured-home.jpg The first one you cna get regular financing just as easily as an on site built house. The second one comes in on a body on frame set up and is typically set on a raised post foundation. You have a harder time getting financing for those, and no, they have shitty resale.
  15. That is for a trailer home Manufactured home = Double wide hauled to your site and secured to a concrete pad. Modular home= Sections of the home are built off site, tranported to your property and assembled at your house. Huntington, Chase, Guernsey, Heartland and PNC will all finance a modular home the same as a on site built home. I know this because my sister and her husband just went through this last year when they were looking at putting on on their land
  16. probably something to do with Obama coming to town tomorrow
  17. i now know there are tons of cops on 71 near delaware
  18. In my experiences Huntington will probably be your best bet.
  19. Fickell's quote on why Miller didn't play leads me to believe that Miller's decision making isn't up to par yet in a tight game situation.
  20. I'm not sure they wanted to use it as a poll tax as much as they were just worried that the law that they had just passed would blow up in their faces when the BMV's operating revenues bottomed out.

    Carfagna's,who's a fan?

Carfagna's Diner. The building and sign are still there. Has been abandoned for 15+ years now. It's right next to the Buckeye Drive Thru on 161 across from Columbus Square
  22. Yeah, you are just gonna have to refund the money. Honestly, I would just do it without saying anything at all the person. Just refund it and be done with it.
