  5. Not always i figured out. If the levy is a guaranteed amount it won't drop the full percentage. I thought the same thing.

    I fish Hoover multiple times per week. My biggest tip right now is to go deeper with your bait. As of the other night the water temp was 88 degrees.

He was in my old office building before he was appointed Auditor a few years ago and is very sincere in wanting to help people. I highly suggest that if you have any concerns with your tax value that you go to one of the community meetings that they will be having over the next month or so.
  13. They aren't. Every forclosure filing goes through the county and those sales are not counted in the assesment.

  16. Mine went down the same amount. Yours should as well unless Reynoldsburg added new levies for the 2011 tax year
  17. Like Joe said, they must be currently updating it, because nothing was on there earlier
  18. Yeah it will be in the mail, then you have until sometime in September to object to their value, then it becomes official after that.... which is why it isn't on the website

  20. They do a real market appraisal and get the value. My market appraisal which was done weeks ago is $20k higher than my tax appraisal.
