That means you were flagged on a NICS check for some reason. There are 3 levels, "clear" which means you walk out with the gun that day "flagged" which means you wait 3 days and "denied" which means you cannot buy a gun.

I believe the current system is more beneficial for the large conferences. Plus they would have to get permission from the NCAA to play extra games. Cuban is a nobody when it comes to college athletics. A man with money who has influence would be someone like T. Boone.
