When I was a young trap boy around 13 years old we used to have a group of Hell's Angels come through and shoot sporting clays about once a month. Anyways they really took to me and the one thing I always remember them telling me was "never pick a fight with the the old guy"

It's all about local comps. A house on the market for 200k may go for 185 in 1 neighborhood but bottom out a 198k in another. If you get a good realtor they should be able to do all that for you and advice you on a good offer.

No. That is completely false. Preemption made it that state law trumps local law. open carry is legal everywhere in Ohio and the Ohio AG and Supreme Court have been on localities asses ever since. I would suggest not listening to anything that salesman has to say about laws anymore, lol.

Printing is not illegal per state law as open carry is legal. With preemption being passed a few years ago, it doesn't matter what columbus thinks.

Odd because my cousins have WOW and told me they were getting the same problems. When they would go slow-mo the picture would get a little bit of snow and breakup a little bit. It was a CBS problem because everyone I talked to (grandparents with TW, sister with Dish, me with Insight and cousins with WOW) told me they were seeing the same thing.

I'm extremely anal about keeping my driveway clean. If I can't see blacktop, something is wrong.

I can shovel my parents' concrete pad with no problems and not be sore. I shovel my driveway which is about half the size of their concrete pad and I will be sore for days. Must be the incline of my driveway or something.

My dad keeps wheel weights and a brush hog on his tractor, never has any problems.

I didn't use 4wd once this entire storm.

I do it a lot. The places mentioned do not do sporting clays. They either have 5-stand, trap, or skeet. The closest actual sporting clays course is the Big Walnut Conservation Club which has open sporting clays shoots every other sunday.

Didn't have any problems with the truck in 2wd until about 6pm.
