Lol millers 1 mistake today LOL. Also notice I've been talking about the DEFENSE there smart guy? I said RT is the biggest issue on offense, and it needs addressed.
And you wanna talk shit when OSU is missing a Thorpe candidate and a 3 yr starting safety. No one said they Dont look iffy today. You just refuse to acknowledge how different the schemes will be and how much better the backfield will be
They have gotten decent pressure, but reeves sucks and Corey brown is MIA at safety. This defense will look completely different when Barnett and Roby are back. Allows more man coverage, which will allow more schemes up front. Barnett and Roby are also superb in run support
Remember, the punishment came after urban took the job. The NCAA went light, esp with the repeat offender status and the issues with the bball program issues
1 season means nothing to a program like OSU. It was a pointless "punishment". Its like doing the online traffic school to not get points for a speeding ticket. You sat there in your speedo, drinking martinis and staring at your hair in a mirror while the class played in the background.
It's pretty light. They PROVED that 10 or so players were getting improper benefits, that the coach knew about improper benefits, then covered it up. And vacating seasons isn't really a punishment, it's just stupid symbolism.
Why are you searching? If you have a legit business need you can get an acct with FABCO. You get a record of every arrest, even if no charged were filed.
I think OSU actually got off pretty easy for the whole situation. Many players taking money, a head coach knowing about it and covering it up, players still taking money after the first incident. I think the inconsistancy lies with the very first tat5. Otherwise I think it can be argued that OSU got a bit of preferential treatment.
OSU got whacked because Tressel covered it up, then idiots kept taking money illegally. Why do we keep forgetting that fact? If nothing more had happened than the originaly tat 5 shit, it would have been player suspensions and nothing more, ever.
