Plenty parts have been challenged, which is why an offer is typically 4-5 pages long and approved by an attorney.

Real estate is always in flux. The market is always considered what people are willing to pay. You may think you did, but they are always going to take a cash offer, or an offer with less contingencies, even if the offer is for less than yours. Huh?
