Oh man, I haven't even thought about flooding in basements. That's not good. I wish them luck. I guess Erica's mom's has 2 sump pumps. It's a big basement being a ranch and all. One of them seems to have a battery backup. Not sure how long that's going to last though. That house is still without power.

You don't have to have it. But I would "plug" the current tube's recirculation port and try it out and see how your car likes it first. Remember to disconnect the battery to reset the computer before doing that.

Yeah that's true. She has one of those digital thermostats too so even if it will blow hot air up it's not going to turn on.

If you have gas heat how would the blower work? The wife's mom has a gas heating unit and the thermostat doesn't work without power and neither does the blower.

I hope everything turns out ok. Erica's mom is without power too. She's staying with her bf. She shut the water off to her house and bled the lines so that the pipes won't freeze.

I'd take it but spent too much on myself and the wife for x-mas. I'll check back in middle of Jan.

Erica's mom's power went out at like 3:30 am. We called and made sure she was alright. Took over a portable color TV and some hot coffee. She's at her bf's house now. There were shelters opening up too. I think there was a Days INN and Reynoldsburg High were taking people in. I haven't seen it so bad that the tree trunks were split before. graemlins/wtf.gif

I didn't have to work today at all. Paid of course. I'm off till Jan 4th too! I didn't have problems getting around town today with Erica, who was off too.

It'll probably be around for a while if you want it. Plus, I don't need to sell it, it doesn't hurt me any being around here. Like I said, people aren't looking for something like this during winter.
