I can look, but I need to know what section it was in.

Check the time in BIOS. If it's off then set it to the correct time. If it changes to a wrong time after powering off then back on then the batter on your board needs changed.

So, nothing in the device manager under audio has yellow sign next to it? Can you go into Start -> Control panel -> Sound and test the sound there? What happens? Do you have a pair of headphones? Plug those in and see if you can hear sound. Maybe your speakers are broken?
