    I know how to make a car to cover a 1/4 mile in 6 sec. for 25k or under. Buy a POS for $50. Just a car with wheels. Doesn't even have to run. Charter a cargo plane to go out over an ocean then push the car out. I'm sure it'll cover a 1/4 mile within 6 sec. I'm sure you'll have enough money left over for a couple of jet packs incase that's not fast enough.
