  1. I sent you a pm. I could stop by and see what I can do. I have small Asian hands that might fit better. tongue.gif
  2. Agreed. But 4agze would be easier though.
  3. Or that their idea of HOT is so rare that they aren't dating anyone due to it.
  4. It's PITA and there's no space for removal tool. When I had to do mine I just have to work it untill it's loose.
  5. http://gsmotorworks.com/easyassembly.html Is that it?

  7. You can tell them that there was a squirrel running across the street and you stopped hard to avoid running it over. That is what caused your tires to squeal and your "reckless op."
  8. http://www.collectorcartraderonline.com/ I'm sure you know but I'm posting that just incase.

  10. This is a very very nice ride. Sorry to see you letting it go. Hope it finds a good home! graemlins/thumb.gif

  12. I guess if the HP calculators that's online are giving engine HP numbers then that'd make more sence. I couldn't tell cause they don't specify.
  13. Yeah, like I said, I can only guess a range. I don't know for sure. I was going on some cracked out HP calculator but they never work right and no option for AWD or trans type. Now that I think of it... the lower number that the hp calculator gave out would be a good guess point.
  14. Probably between 250 and 300 @ wheels. There should be that AWD dyno later this year. Get it on that to be sure.
  15. Yeah, he should when I get the new hydraulic tensioner and pully in and installed. Loose timming belt ownes me. graemlins/doh.gif But yeah, the hold break give gas then go is the right way. You can also buy upgraded torque converters that lets you start at higher rpm's off the line. Here's a good link for AT DSM's. Go to their links section to find out where to get upgraded AT related parts. http://www.ecanfix.com/users/atdsm/faq_torque01.htm
  16. Still got another car you need to get working. graemlins/doh.gif
  17. If people tell me I it's the wheel bearing I hope I'd at least check it before buying parts. And see if it's the type that can be re-greased just to eliminate that it's a posibility. Then go on from there if that's not the problem.
  18. +1 for bearing. Depending on car, you might be able to just grease it.
  19. 1. Remove the battery connecting terminals for a minute 2. Use a diagnostics tool/machine 3. I would need to hear it 4. Can't be sure because I don't know what cause the noise.
  20. I guess I'm a little late or I'd offer.
  21. Cat. Converter would be a easier thing. I haven't tried to stall the converter to see if the noise change. I'll check that tomarrow. graemlins/thumb.gif
  22. I have a noise in the Eclipse. It's kinda like a rattle. Only happends when put in gear like D or R but not in Neutral (yes, automatic tongue.gif ). I can rev the engine with it in neutral and it won't be there. Also the pace of the rattle would speed up when speeding up. But it drives/shifts with no problems. Anthony has heard it and said that Iroc Jeff had the same thing twice and it was a loose torque converter bolt. An other DSM guy was here (Sam) said the same thing. Any other opinions? [ 22. 23. Or... you could just go buy one and replace one and see if it worked. If not, then replace with original and do the other side.
