Because you're a noob and you'll be able to ask to be a member after 50 posts. Then you will be able to customize what picture is there and what the saying is.

I think you'll get a good answer if you go on those online insurance quotes. You'll be able to get a good figure on what the difference will be if any. Eh... good I suppose. Things could always be better or worse!
